I was here for Thua's burst out (yay, more drama!) at the beginning. It wasn't out of his character to finally explode; there was a buildup leading up to this. But man, when he outed Akk and Aye in front of other students and teachers?! He lost me there. His argument was valid - you cannot use your love to cover up for your wrongdoings, but c'mon! If he really respected their love, he wouldn't have said that, or at least he would've worded it differently.
Wat deserves a round of praise here. The way he protected his friends 😭🤧 I instantly fell in love with his character that moment. Wat being the underrated character bec there's little plot/sroryline for his character but that scene has THAT impact 😭😭😭
gosh the breakdown Akk had, it felt so real!! the GUILT, REMORSE, Akk's WORSE FEARS i could feel all of it. First's acting was so good and how Ayan looked so worried and cried together with Akk, Khao's acting impecable!! I can't praise them enough especially when it comes to scenes like this.

I actually had to pause and cry for almost 20 minutes, I couldn't bare to see all that pain. This breakdown got me even worse than the last one.

that 2:20 "one at a time" from Ayan, can feel his panic that Akk might lose it all and he dont want that to happen. his greatest fear is for Akk to lose himself and get damaged mentally and emotionally. the way he begged for Thua to slow it down speaks so much of how he value Akk.
sometimes actors can deliver the line but not the right emotion,, but in this scene, Khaotong deliver the emotion 200%.
Akk fear and anguish. my heart is breaking. and for me to get annoyed to Thua for even smirking while outting the blows. damn. i dont know how GMMTV train their actors but so far, 80% of their bl actors and cast are superb.
I understand where Thua is coming from and that it took a lot of courage for him to finally tell the truth. Still, for me, it wasn't the right way and Wat is truly one good friend who was able to calm the situation. First's and Khao's acting is just so emotionally pleasing and realistic.
That breakdown scene of akk was so realistic man I literally felt it. I'm saying it again but their acting chemistry plot everything is so perfect.

Akk’s breakdown is too heartbreaking. First is such a good actor. His eyes, his expression always portrayed the happiest, fear, guilt and every single emotion that Akk’s feelings.
Poor Akk, he did everything for school but in the end, the students gang up on him just because they couldn’t fight those teachers?!?
Thua, I’m sorry but I really want to punch thua for exposing Akk and aye relationship in front of people like did Akk ever made fun of your image before like ever?!?
I can't contain myself in praising AJ, this is the first time I'm seeing a deeper, more complex character of him and he's not disappointing at all. The more lighthearted scenes are his strong suit, but he also rocked the scenes of him being insecure about the future he wants vs the future his parents want for him, also, the look of disappointment in him before leaving Akk was so short but so impactful as well... Big hands to AJ for this, hoping to see more of him (and of his brother too) in the future
Ayan was working overtime trying to protect Akk 😭 “one thing at a time, will you?” 😭 Ayan was begging Thua to not blow Akk’s image on the spot 😭 but in the end he couldn't argue back because Thua wasn't wrong. It’s actually wild that Thua was on the sidelines watching the school system at work, being neutral and Ayan came and motivated him to stand by his opinion. But now Ayan can not contain Thua when Thua IS standing by his beliefs. This feels so full circle, I really praise the writers and directors with this amazing plot👏👏👏
Yes it’s so great and it also draws a bit on the scene in the diversity cafe where Ayan sort of forces Thua to confront his mom about his feelings and takes away his agency in that moment (even if the end result was better than he would have expected)
It’s similar here where Ayan and Akk don’t want a secret shared (although the circumstances are different and the end result is much much worse) at its core it’s a similar act of confronting the “necessary” truths.
@@juphil1645 Great observation! This show is really taking the writing to the next level. I have been thinking about why Thua revealed the relationship between Ayan and Akk since it seemed so out of turn for him to out a gay couple in such a homophobic school, but I think what you said about necessary truths is really insightful. Hiding the truth allows the system to continue oppressing people without resistance. I think it's significant that the core group of protestors are gay and refuse to be silenced. They were laughed at, they were intimidated, they were threatened, and at every turn they took a moment to process what was happening to them and stick to the fight. Silence and compromise only support the oppressors, whether that be about the curse, the school policy, or openly loving someone of the same gender. Calling Akk out on his behavior which has been hypocritical both concerning following the rules and pretending not to like Ayan gives the same weight to both instances. These, to Thua, are equivalent evils. Akk was supposed to protect the student body, to be an example, the "Best Boy," but Thua cracked the facade of Akk's (and the institution's) perfect image. Akk represented the student arm of an authoritarian regime, the hammer in the hand of the head teacher, and he had to be made an example of so that he, or rather his position and the prefecture as a whole, could be exposed. That Akk's personal tragedy here is seen as a separate and beautiful human moment speaks to the incredible writing of this show. Akk is not a cold-hearted villain, he needed to be pulled from his horse and peeled away from the role he felt forced to play in order to achieve his dreams.

No, they are disappointed and angry because they swore to eradicate the curse and put an end to it, but in the end, it was Akk who was maintaining the curse and fear alive.

All of the characters in this drama are so incredible! None of them feel like filler at all unlike other dramas. I am glad Kan and Wat helped alleviate the tension but was still angry at Akk like they should be! And I’m glad Kan was also upset at Thua and didn’t treat him any “gentler” despite being in love with him!
I can't hate what Thua did but Akk wrongdoings should really be called out but him outing Akk and Ayan relationship is off boundaries, he's also secret dating Kan and that's off boundaries on so many levels.

La verdad sus personajes son muy ficticios a mi parecer, conocí personas homosexuales y no eran tan (no sé cómo describirlo) mm como esos chicos, así que no los tome enserio.
Me enfoque en la pareja principal por que ellos si se asemejan a nuestra vida, en especial AKK que muestra el proceso de aceptación a uno mismo y el miedo que enfrentamos ante los cambios.
Ayan tmbn nos mostró que podemos ser fuertes por quienes amamos aún cuando estamos destruidos por dentro, en el mundo muchas personas sonríen para darle fuerza a sus seres amados.
hmm i thought akk would come clean about the curse and reject the best boy award during the ceremony (as he mentioned earlier that it was useless to him - so proud of him when i hear him say that)... but didn't expect akk and ayan having a moment touching their pins!! words can't explain how i felt during that scene urghh just beautiful how they connected on such a level 🥺🥺🥺

Akk, Aye, Wasuvat, Thua as usual wonderful performance, experience speaks. It's so painful so see Akk crying in episodes 😢 The way the mood changed when teacher is there and when they walk off is well expressed. 👍
So Thua's directly attacking/accusing Akk for all the curse thing, his intention was that from the start? But for what purpose? i didn't expect for Thua to drop the bomb, honestly they could've taken time back and solved it properly. god ive kinda just felt terrible for akk this entire time. the school used the fact that akk was poor and needed a scholarship to attend high school and university to force him into doing whatever they wanted. they also emotionally manipulated him to the point where he was willing to go out of his way to defend them when they have, generally, not done shit for him. and at the end of the day, they're willing to use him as a scapegoat for all their problems. like. holy shit what the fuck.

I understand Thua but outing Akk and Aye in front of everyone just wasn't it no matter what crimes or wrongdoings he did. Very happy that that they had friends to stand up for them and that they have such a strong bond for that not to shake their relationship.
I’ve always complimented khao and first’s acting and their chemistry is impeccable but today can we talk about Loius!! Damn Thua’s burst out was so unexpected. I went into this series blindly didn't know I would be signing myself for multiple heartaches-
I'm proud of Neo,Louis,Khao,First and other actors.Their acting is very good, they have improved themselves a lot.They made their feelings feel very good.🤎
