I think he knew he liked men, but was never in a situation where he was confronted with the feeling of wanting to be with a man before, so he never had to admit it to himself and never battled the part of him that wanted him to abide by society's norms. And through Aye we see this battle: he's falling in love with Aye and wants to be with him, but on the other hand he wishes to conform to the norms around him

That bed scene is the sweetest and the most respectful one. You can see just love from their eyes, not lust. They are the cutest, especially when Akk pretended to sleep and made those snoring sounds. My heart was beating fast when Akk started to kiss Ayan's forehead, then there comes the cheek. It was wholesome. To think that Ayan had to make him do that in the previous episode, but now he's doing it by himself. Maybe he thought that, "I really love this person". My heart is full. 😊 Gotta say that this really is my favorite series of 2022. 🧡 I'll miss this so i will just rewatch. I'm not even finish watching 😅. Love you, guyss. I keep waiting if they are going to cross the teacher student relationship but no thank goodness. I like them too but definitely in another series.
I really like the plotwists in this series, knowing that what who we thought was the final boss was actually a victim as well, this series show us that everybody makes mistakes but does not necessary mean that they are bad persons, like Akk and the director and it also show us the importance of second chances, not to mention the beautiful message about accepting different sexualities and recognize that they are normal ❤

There's something special about Thai BL episodes that take place by the sea. Whenever you see palm trees, sandy beaches and waves, you know that the best episodes of the show is about to happen. This is the most beautiful episode of The Eclipse so far. Loved seeing Akk and Ayan smiling and joking around and then kissing. Akk deserved this! And so did Ayan!
