Both absolute masters.Yngwie is the one who defined the neo-classical metal . And Romeo actually is not influenced so much by Yngwie, his tapping and legato skills are creative and incredible ,with more odd meter in his playing which is very progressive and also classical .
Maestro Yngwie by far, others wouldn't be there without him.

I love guitarists and am not into this shred shit at all. But Yngwie is obviously clearer. Yngwie hung out with Uli for a while and I swear it messed up Uli's playing. Uli was naturally super fast in his youth. Yngwie made guitar playing into a sport. i'll take Michael Schenker, Blackmore, Frank Marino and Uli Jon Roth any day over these wankers. "Once mroe with feeling!" Uh, can't do that. But check this out. Blurrrbn splat. Puke. Aahh. Burp.

You can't hear the difference Michael is more versatile Yngvie is still stuck in the now unoriginal Symphonic power metal scene where sweeps and arpeggios go to die zero growth many have indeed been influenced by him but he's been left in the dust by far superior players
