I've been struggling lately with even the most basic of self care, and I really appreciate this very approachable, understated, but beautiful nail, hair, and makeup look. It makes me feel like I can do this, and I've really needed a little spark about getting pretty.
Idk why this is the first video that has made press ons approachable, I've seen so many 'how to make press ons last 4 weeks!' videos but it feels like a nail tech with special skills trying to speak down to a lowly noob like me, but seeing you actually apply the glue and actually show how long you press them on gives me a much better idea, I'm gonna try them again and we'll see how it turns out🥰
I cleaned my brushes yesterday! Yay! And I've been "shopping my stash" a lot lately instead of purchasing new products! So proud of myself LoL!! 🤣 Good job Kelly!!
I love these resets! Oh and about the nails - if you didn't coat those nails with a gel top coat and cap the end, they 100% chipped because you cut them down since the chrome is just a thin layer. (I say gel because resin is always going to be more chip-proof than regular polish.) If you did top coat and cap, then it can be chalked up to wear and tear.
Love the makeup at the end so light and pretty. 😊 Just washed my brushes and sponges yesterday. It's so nice to do your makeup when all your brushes and sponges are clean.
I have that same Rare Beauty highlighter and I LOVE mixing it with my liquid blushes! I like mixing on the back of my hand like you and then going in with a beauty sponge. I've had great success mixing with my Rare Beauty blush and various Glossier Cloud Paints (sometimes all three together so I can get the color I want!).
A few questions: 1)How did you make enough friends in NY to have a housewarming? It seems like it would be hard in such a big city. 2)How were you able to get the nails off without pulling some of the top layer of your own nail off? I have trouble with that. 3)Could you link or show us the electric sander you use to get the glue off your press-on nails? Thanks! This video was super fun! ❤

They're damaging your natural nails. Our nails need to breathe. They grow out strong and healthy with care. As a native New Yorker, this trend has been considered "vampy" and superficial. Sorry, don't mean disrespect.
Love a good reset video. Your choices are fun and practical. I enjoy listening to the whys. I wish brush washing went so quickly for me. Sunday is my wash day. I am curious about the nails 💅 but I love painting them myself ❤

Be so careful not to get the ferule ( the metal part around the brush) wet because it will soften the glue and your brushes will lose their Bristles!!!
Have you tried the Rudi Berry brown tubing mascara by Beauble?? The formula is sooooooo good, and it’s the most flattering brown color. I absolutely love it and I am normally a black mascara girl.
Do your nails ever grow out with dents and ridges from using the press ons all the time? I was loving the press ons but I noticed my nails were getting disfigured the more I used them.
I'd like to see more on great lip tints. What are your favs? I drink and vape to much to be reapplying lipstick all day. A good tint sounds kind of nice.
Did you know that if you put 91% Rubbing alcohol in a small spray bottle you can keep your brush clean clean clean just stay and swirl on a old dish towel

Glamnetics brush on glue makes it very easy to be deliberate where you put the glue and be sure you get edge to edge on your nail and the press on!

I'm fortunate to have long nails that don't break. I do my own gel nails too. Saves me a lot of money.
