The exhaust sounds so watered down it’s sad that bmw have gone this way. The e92 m3 sounds the best out of all m cars.
Many buyers at this price range prefer subtle elegance and masculinity. I'm sure that once this car gets older and purchased by a young person, he'll modify it to wake up the entire neighbourhood. 😉

yeah, e92 sounds better, but believe me, i had G80 last weekend and it sounds very very nice under heavy load, way better than You would think. And overall it is killer machine. Perfectly balanced, extremly capable, totaly entertaining and highly liveable. BMW just hit sweetspot with this generation.
Some not all (Todays buyer's) want it watered down. It's a high-performance vehicle for a different buyer! Although, it can be a track car, I purchase mine to drive around in Southern California.
Blame EU sound and emission regulations for this, basically totally out of BMW's hands within Europe....however in Canada and the USA they do not have this problem so no OPF/GPF filters on any of their new G series M models lol
