Honestly the mod didn't have the best name so I kept going back and forth on what to title this series.

I find that if you take Lydia to bandit camps before her personal quest she'll talk about bandits being the ones to kill her mother, and sometimes she'll mention the falther-was-a-soldier-mother-was-a-Companion thing randomly
Honestly my only gripe with this mod is she talks so goddamn much.
Even Inigo and Lucien who are mostly comic relief seemed well adjusted.

The voice actor for Fenrar sounds like he could've voiced the default Nords. Good job to the actor

i'm little too spoiled from her main va but i love her improvement in dragon born dlc and her battle quotes made me laugh

Hmmm, neat. I can't say I like this new VA's delivery as much. Makes her sound a tad wishy-washy rather than the strong Nord woman that doesn't let much phase her. Just my take but I DO like the concept behind this mod.
I belive it's the voice actor from Remiel mod, works much better in that character innmy opinion

@@TheMaleRei Thanks, but do bear in mind that that comment was from a year ago, and he only got to it maybe three months ago. Since then I have seen it and I hate to be that guy, but I didn't care for it. XD
Another mod I liked was Amorous Adventures. It's a lot of awkward spliced dialogue and you'd have to turn off certain, er... Animations in the MCM but there are plenty of NPCs to romance.
There's a dialogue rewritten mod for this too!
I used the clean version of the mod from the nexus and if i recall corrrectly you can get adrianne to craft lydia a full set of ebony armor lol
NPC replacer is unneccessary. What you need is a good skin mod. I recommend BnP skin next, I reckon you will not be disappointed.

It's odd for me to be caught up with your uploads since I'm still working my way through most of the older stuff 😅. I'm glad to say the quality has remained over the years and I'm glad I caught a recent video.
I would have laughed my ass off if this video would be you making up this mod and its just you spending 25 minutes being blocked by lydia in a doorway, cuz April's Fools

I love this mod. It took a bit to find the patch for the Lydia mod I like, but it finally showed up.
How do you do it George? After all these years still manage to muster up the will to play 'ol Skyrim, I imagine after these 12 years you must have seen just about every nook and cranny of the map, seen mod projects come and go and know the dragon claw puzzles like the back of your hand.

I haven't played Skyrim "for fun" since 2013, so I've only played the game when I'm recording, streaming, etc, which really only comes down to a handful of hours per week. That probably helps stave off the madness.
This is absolutely charming, I could watch this series unfold in its entirety 🥰
Organized Bandits of Skyrim comes to mind. get to level 70 or 80 and they have boss encounters that have unique armor and weapons.
Thanks for doing this. I keep planning a Vanilla+ playthrough with just some graphics and QoL improvements but no new mechanics, NPCS, Quests, or big edits. Sounds like I can squeeze this in to add a follower since technically she's not a new NPC.

I wanted to use Lydia with the improved dialogue mod for my game but I can’t get it to work with the Bijin mod plus she doesn’t interact with Lucien or Inigo either.
I find that the /way/ that she doesn't-interact with Lucien at least fits the image of her that Lucien's dialogue paints (stoic warrior who doesnt like him), but yeah having a party with her and Inigo doesn't really mesh as well
Might be late, but for anyone having issues today, there is a patch available that fixes tte issue.

youtube show me pt 3 1st luckily for me you caught it, and show me to the right path.( I did some of those quests to btw, is was fun)
to be fair deserters often did go bandit in those times as armies even when in army would plunder loot and r*pe when they won battles so they just go off to plunder loot and r*pe when they desert
Honestly? I just wish there was a version where we could hear just the character dialogue and watch someone actually go through each tree to get the full story. Here's to hoping.

I did find an issue with Lydia’s face, the texture is messed up and sometimes it comes out black grey or even orange and green, any help there? I’m on Xbox one series S and I don’t know any coding or anything so maybe I gotta move some stuff around I’m not sure.
I completed Diplomatic Immunity and I am currently level 26. No one has contacted me about Lydia's personal quest. I teel like I did something wrong but I can't figure out what it might be.

i use cathredal npcs to overhaul male and female textures, would it conflict?
I got these mods and idk but one of them takes Lydia’s voice away and the only time I hear anything from her it’s one liners when she’s near you and that’s in her regular voice
