hi Shawna, why would u need to find wall stud to hang stuffs??? just hang wherever no?

@@huynguyenhodinh8709 heavy items need to be mounted to studs, the drywall is often not strong enough to hold the item and it can rip the drywall out and have your item fall

Did you use a checklist for your design center appointment ? Do you recommend to have carpet replaced with vinyl luxury with the builder or after closing ?

we had a list of topics to cover that our design center consultant gave us. I would recommend doing any flooring upgrades with the builder
