We don't know where they're coming from or where they're going, but we know they're in love, or at least they believe themselves to be. This feels like a peaceful bittersweet transcendence to death conveyed by the breathing and the very last breath. It fitted very well with the Raid 2 ending, so much exhaustion in the main character's (Rama) life and summed up with "No, I'm done."
John Wick is its own thing, even if it had Mad Dog and the Assassin in the third installment, not every uncut action sequences has to be attributed to The Raid. "No.... I'm done."
- Rama, The Raid 2
The ending of The Raid 2 was so sad!
but epic..
MrMarkellwayne More than epic. ♥

Nine inch nails ain’t dead though
This feels like a peaceful bittersweet transcendence to death conveyed by the breathing and the very last breath.
It fitted very well with the Raid 2 ending, so much exhaustion in the main character's (Rama) life and summed up with "No, I'm done."
The Raid 2 brought me here, what a coincidence :p
This gives me a feeling of inspiration. As if i were depressed and someone is telling me everything is gonna be ok
Am I the only one who found out 'John Wick' was heavily influenced by 'The Raid.' This song gave me chills enough to come play it here.
John Wick is its own thing, even if it had Mad Dog and the Assassin in the third installment, not every uncut action sequences has to be attributed to The Raid. JW looked like it took more influence from HongKong action films with its shootouts than the martial arts focus The Raid offers, a clear stark contrast of action.
@@danielgeronimo5538 that JW fight scene really did belong to them. Mad Dog and the Assassin. If anything it was a literally thank you to the Raid... my thoughts.
