Please share with everyone!! People deserve to hear how they ACTUALLY sounded live at Coachella. After filming this fancam in the front row and then going online after, I was shocked that people were commenting that the audience was dead and that they couldn't hear aespa's live singing over the back track. It must have been the livestream!! But in person the girls were GIVING!! (and so were the fans) This fancam is proof!!

Yes that year was the Coachella comeback after 2 year Hiatus, that time Aespa was too young but they did a great performance, the real issue that time was the audience, Coachella 2022 was dead maybe because of the covid event, but now if Aespa get invited again, they will gonna Rock the Stage for Real

Also, for a rookie like them, it’s okay that the crowd were not loud since many did not know them yet at that time. I think the important thing there is that a lot of the crowd did not leave and actually pay attention to their performance and vibing to their song even if they did not know Aespa. No need for the locals to go crazy shouting. It’s actually kind of nice that there are less shouting because it’s kind of irritating since you cannot hear them properly. Anyway, bless and cleanse your ears to Aespa’s live vocals mwah. Haters gotta hate the talented ones😘

Despite everything, even in Le Sserafim's first performance, the vocals was just not good enough. Still a fan though, but they should not have been at Coachella. It might even lower their confidence even more now.

Even though aespa was still a rookie group during coachella still they performed like experts. People who hated on them before should apologize to them fr. Their live vocals,dancing,stage presence was phenomenon but SM could have given them good set designs to captivate more audience. Before i thought they weren't ready for coachella but after seeing Le sserafim's performance aespa was surely ready..
Mind you it was aespa's first performance in front of a huge audience considering they debuted during pandemic era and no concerts, no nothing. Straight up Coachella 😭 if they were given another chance they'd slay more

Winter's vocals is so stable and clean that I doubt if she's actually singing live or if it's back track, she's amazing! I listen like 10-15 times when her vocals are so heavenly and sounds like studio version and then as I listen closely, it's actually live, she's really really stable

They sound like studio version, but they really sang them, it's live. I listened to it again and again and even watched other fancams, they sound so much like the studio version, so I also doubted if they actually sang it live, and they really sang it live, I get amazed everytime, even though I repeated it for like 15 times, I still get impressed!

Guys , I have watched this performance this year. And I still feel shocked and surprised because they performed too great. At that time, when the group on this stage was very sad because there were toxic and unorthyted comments about the group. Idk but is something about the face, for me Winter every time make the same blank face that in a way is very related with their concept but make her seen like she is bored. Also sometimes I feel lack of energy with Giselle and Winter. In general I perceived more energy from Ning Ning (specially in Dreams Come True and Savage era) this is not a hate comment towards Winter or Giselle but I would like them to try something new (for example I really like how Giselle was smiling the whole time in this presentation)

I've been a kpop fan since the 2nd gen, because they're (aespa) just a rookie I didn't expect them to sing Black Mamba, Next Level and 'Savage' in a row and without a break. Their songs has a high notes so I was very impressed because their voices are very stable. I've seen a lot of idols who are also from well-known companies and have been in the kpop industry for so long but their voices are not that stable. Let me remind you, STAGE PRESENCE is easy to learn, you don't need to hire some professional or expert just to have it, as long as you have experience to perform in front of people, as long as you enjoy the music, you will learn it. But the stability of your voice, you can't easily adopt it by experience.

And now you're in a foreign country, main stage, a huge crowd of people expecting to see what this kpop thing is all about, and your mic is on. And they delivered like seasoned pros. I'm BEYOND impressed. This was no small feat they pulled.

People have called her a walking studio recording booth in the past especially when they hear her sing in fansigns and that's so true. OMG

To everyone giving them hate and comparing them to Blackpink's coachella performance, pleases remember this:
- I'm pretty sure this is the FIRST large crowd Aespa has ever performed for, where Blackpink was in the midst of a world tour performing to huge crowds in different countries every night when they performed at Coachella.
- Aespa put this production together just for Coachella, where Blackpink had their live band, dancers and production staff from tour and were well rehearsed by this point towards the end of a long tour together.
I think Aespa did great for one of the first live large performances outside their own country. Sure they occasionally looked nervous and some parts might have been awkward, but overall they killed it and looked da*n good doing it.

this! i’m not a stan either but the girls did really well. they weren’t even in the main lineup originally so most fans didn’t even get the chance to consider and plan going to coachella week 2 to support them. they don’t even have official lightsticks yet. they did their best for the short turnaround, and they still had a significant crowd on the main stage and that counts for something.
