I just played this to my wife and she broke out in tears....Thank you for sharing...
If there was ever an ideal instrument and player for this work, they're both together smack in front of us!
Absolutely
S.P.M. I will add to your comment, also the "ideal" piece of music. One of my all-time favorites.
Absolutely adore you sit up top with rightful accolades.🖤✋😔🌹
@@jennifermiller4264 BS Should be you!
@@s.p.m1090 Why?... Because I knew he would play it beautifully?...We all did. Your praise...👌🌹😘

This proof music is for incarnation. It is beyond self. Not for showing off. Excellent my friend!
Hi Jen says you a friend. Ima friend too. Welcome to Jamies!!
@@JR-nb1bw Jen told me. Thanks for the reach out man!
BOBBY!!!!!!
What you say to this? God Jamie!! So good it almost hurts!!
Great command over all. Tempo and dynamic movement, most importantly. Piece requires hell a lot more than note for note regurgitation and recital. With this feel in play here, you have rights to suffer insufferable hubris, Jamie, but we never perceive you sporting chip.
Like that. Makes you rare. You're someone we all want to see succeed.
Gut with grace is essential for this Sonata. You carried both with clear aptitude and instincts. Very nice work, Jamie. Get after that T&Fdm.
🌹👌
Thank you for noticing! I appreciate your in depth review!
Encore !..
High class my man!
Deep sensitivities!
Simple write for Beethoven
But not for play on acoustic
Specially not way you play!
Hard to move rightly
This clench listenin
Pleasure for all
Champagne play, Jamie!
Cool seeing you guys backin this guy like ya'll do man!
Stand together, standing behind worthy player. We stay better in touch. Everybody wins.
😘
My mother used to play this on piano when I was a child. She passed away 35 years ago. But this piece still reminds me of her. Thank you for playing it for me.
Had my full attention.!😳
Beautiful use of the 6 bass strings. Everything tuned nicely in C# minor.
Thank you for showing this piece the formality it deserves.
Well done.
3:08 Just when you think he's about to run out of room at the top end, he throws in the harmonic.
As I sit here, scratchin my Arpeggios, I'm thinkin-40 years, I'm still not there... Badass!
The resonance of those low notes is astounding
I imagine this is what floating in mid air sounds like. Well done!!!!!!
Thank you Ben!
Exactly as strikingly stunning as I knew it would be from the very first note, Jamie.🖤🌹🖤
May it bless you and your following again and again! Thank you!
You're a happy lady right now! XD

I ended up loving playing this piece, it’s quite incredible, so emotional!
@@JamieDupuisMusician Yes it is...
And, yes...I can tell you enjoyed it tremendously.🌹👌
Daaaaamn!! Know now why you keep asking Jamie play this one!!
Thats beautiful. Thank you forsharing.
This is a really hard piece to play. Not just cos of tecnique. There are so much emotions in this. You have to know it by heart but, you cant be tired of it. Only a handful reach that. I still get amazed by your touch Mr Dupuis. Precision whitout emotion is heartless. Emotion whithout precision is caos. Neither will work. You stayed clear of both. Lovely, just lovely young man. And, if I may be so bold. Your tempo. Its very good. No, really. Very good. This Piece is often either played to fast, or excruciatingly slow. Thanks man.
Thanks Max!
@@JamieDupuisMusician -the gentleman is right; perfect tempo for this on your instrument. Whenever I "listen" to this piece in my mind, this is the speed I hear it at-and from now on, I do believe I'll be hearing your rendition.....it was absolutely lovely ❤️
Totally agree with all you said, Max. Reason I've been suggesting... requesting...prodding...Okay, I'll say it - *nagging* Jamie to play this piece for nearly a year.😏
This work takes great feel and intuition to play it properly and well. Jamie has them in spades...(humility being one of the most essential elements.) These, along with the know-how to deliver it as it should be thru the haunting resonance of that glorious 18 string Tonedevil... The perfect solitary instrument for the contemplative ache Beethoven wanted for this write! 👌🖤
Honestly I’m blown away with this! Jamie Dupuis you’re amazing!
Awesome. Me and my fiancé enjoy listening to you play after a long day. It’s so relaxing. Thank you.
Wow just amazing
nice, tough piece
Yes it was quite the challenge! 😀
I'm glad this guy was BORN!!! THE WORLD IS BETTER FOR IT! SEGOVIA WOULD HAVE LOVED THIS DUDE!!
Thank you for playing your harp guitar rendition of this classical piano sonata. I find it challenging playing this piece with half the strings you employ.
Outstanding humble work!
Big smiles see you!!!
Thank you!!
My baby and I enjoy listening to him ❤
Fact that Beethoven wrote this music when he had already loss his 90% of hearing ability , he was true genius of music. And you played really really good that it make me subscribe to your channel..👍👍

Jamie will answer if he doesn't have too much on his plate - but as one of a dozen+ who makes a hobby of supporting Jamie...
Aside from buying...

Wow, certainly one of my favorite renditions of this song of all time. Thanks!
Une belle occasion de revenir Jamie. Merci infiniment. Take care.
I had to hear it again. I love the lags, like Vladimir Horowitz did. Life at night not a funeral march.
Excellent way to put it.👌

After the third consecutive pray through I have decided I like this very much!!! Well done. Very good tempo. That is not an easy piece. You should be proud.
Thank you Nick!
Beautifull 👍
Never would have thought this would have worked so well with guitar, but you've done it beautifully!
Could you cover some Bach?
I'd imagine Wagner is out of the question?
I've been pestering him for this, Scarborough and Toccata & Fugue for nearly a year. Here's hoping for that door #3.🤞
@@jennifermiller4264 fantastic!
@@IrishRose Understand T&F t'aint a breeze...But if he can pull off Bohemian Rhapsody as well as he did...what's a little T&F, huh?😉
I’ve just finished recording a Bach piece! Toccata is a beast, that will take some time however!
Well, Jamie, if you do some Bach, how about “sicut locutus est”?
Great Sonata, beautifully played, I hope this finds you well my friend, thanks for sharing, God bless !
Thank you Michael!
So, so beautiful.
