From epic gourmet brownies to locally produced ice cream and cheesecake made directly on a dairy farm, we brought in multiple high quality desserts featuring the same flavor profiles to eat and award a winning product for each round!
While deciding between monstrous, buttery cookies or blondies stuffed with strawberry shortcake rolls and pop-tarts was truly torturous, we had a great time with this gourmet dessert taste test and hope you enjoy watching us eat and review everything.

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.
Q: Can you make a “What I eat in a day” / fitness focused video?
A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.
I love videos where y'all try a lot of different things and describe them. You both are really good at describing the flavors and textures, like you focus on the aspects I think people want to know about. I haven't found many other food CZcamsrs who can describe the foods in a way I find interesting. And YES, red velvet is not just chocolate!

Maybe because I don't see you in pain but rather see you enjoy amazing food (most of it not found in Europe, let alone Spain (where I'm from)) and, most importantly, your personalities which are amazing! I know you guys consistently come up with great content ideas but wow 🤩 I would have a hard time picking my favorites in those delicious lineups as well. I'd love to see this return with caramel, peanut butter, lemon, biscoff, cookie dough (might be in the crumbl lineup next week 3/6 and its the best flavor of all time) and carrot cake of course!

Nice video, I like this format! Maybe next time try a round with peanut butter desserts or cookies & cream desserts. If you have Nothing Bundt Cakes in your area you should try their red velvet bundt cake, it's right up your alley.
I like how they are more of a review channel and actually look like they are enjoying what they are doing, as opposed to many food challengers who just eat as much as they possibly can and look miserable doing so.

my heart would go so fast and I'd get sick because I stay away from high sugar intake. but, that doesn't mean I can't enjoy others doing it. I think you all choose well when making these videos. I think I remember you all mentioning a love for white chocolate? have you all tried the Ferrero Rocher White Chocolate Hazelnut Bar? I did for the first time last year and fell in love!

Idea: Normal Ice Cream vs Healthy Ice Cream Taste Test?
We’ll be straight with you - as people who have been spoiled with high quality ice cream and tried MANY low calorie options, it’s not worth comparing 😅 Some are decent stand alone options but airy, sugar-free ice creams can’t compete with the real thing.
Didn't know the strawberry stems were edible...I mean I definitely ate them anyway but it's nice to know it's safe now 😂

Being that I enjoy cookies the most as a dessert, I wonder if that would change the judgement. Do bias inherently make a difference, who knows!? But everything looked really delicious. Given a choice, it's always Red Velvet things for me.
We try to be as objective as possible but bias will always play a role like with us preferring that rich cheesecake despite appreciating and enjoying the light, fluffy shortcake 😁 Team Red Velvet! 👏
