  • 2024 marks the final year North American customers can order the Stelvio (and Giulia) Quadrifoglio, so we wanted to have one last go with the old girl before her retirement.

This week on TestDrive Nile hits the road with this 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio AWD, finished in Rosso GTA paint, optioned with the red Brembo brake calipers, 21" dark 5 hole rims, the Active Assist Plus Package, and the dual-panel moonroof. This build is similar to the one we drove back in 2019, however the $4,000 Sparco race seats aren't optioned here, and the carbon ceramic brakes aren't available in Canada for this model year. We discuss the exterior and interior changes with the facelift including the 3+3 headlight style borrowed from the Tonale, along with clear taillights, and a 12.3" digital gauge cluster.
Nile hits the road to talk about why this vehicle is special, and why we've come to love it over the years. As the vehicle hits it's sunset for North America, we reflect on what vehicles you may consider as an option, and why you'll want to have the Alfa at the top of your list. The 2.9L Twin-Turbo V6 produces a whopping 505 horsepower, and 443 lb-ft of torque.
Ride along with us as we spend some time pushing this Stelvio Quadrifoglio, with some 0-60 tests, launch control, and rips in race mode.

I just bought a 2023 and it has already earned the title of my favorite of all the cars I've owned. I've never had a car put a smile on my face consistently like the Stelvio QV

Glad to hear it! I had a blast driving this one around for a week, I forgot that I drove an Alfa last in 2019 - couldn't believe it had been that long.

It was! I'm glad I had the chance to pick this one up quickly before everyone else had a go at it.

You mention how stifly sprung the stelvio is in dynamic, was that the case if you changed the suspension setting to soft? It makes quite a differemce on my giulia which is why i ask. Thanks.

For the North American market Stellantis is discontinuing the Stelvio and Giulia Quadrifoglio, either due to low sales numbers, or they plan on replacing the vehicles in the near future with new models. Either way 2024 is the final year customers in Canada, USA, and Mexico can order one of these.
