Questions: A). Are those shutters going to allow seepage coming in from hard rainstorms? Thats the only protection to the rooms?
B). No other form of shutters ever considered for hurricanes? Door shutters, Rolladens?
C). Is it a real historical site that dictates what you can and can't do to the home form modifications, improvements or changes to structure?
D). Do you have regular electricity from the town and the generators are for emergency?
E). How many gallons does the current systern hold? Average usage for bath, laundry, showers etc? Gallons per week or month? How often do you have to have that refilled?
