I feel like if he was my manager I would go above and beyond as it feels like he would do the same and cares.
Would be nice to read the questions out, both for accesibility and so that you can listen to it like a podcast
Very insightfull and James is awesome when it comes to giving info in the most clear and understandable way. But guys you do need to put these videos much earlier. This should have been uploaded before the Chinese GP.
100% agreed. I forgot we didn't get a Japan episode, didn't read the title properly, and so thought this _was_ the Chinese GP episode.
@@TheVeyron623 same here, up until the moment James mentioned the crash between Alex and Daniel.
@@TheodoreAggelopoulosThat's exactly when I realised too!
Ah, no. They don't need to post them any sooner. In fact they don't NEED to post them at all but they do and I'm appreciative of it and how transparent and candid the team and especially James is about thier situation. They have other far more important things to do than to feed the selfishness of thier CZcams subscribers crying that they didn't post soon enough.
It was posted on the Williams website and app a few days after Japan.
I must say, I do appreciate this and am impressed with Vowles. I wish Vowles and Williams all the best for the future.
Impressed with what? How he sugar coats everything? Williams deserve better
James Vowles will turn Williams around. I bumped into him the other week at which point I mentioned how I think he is doing a great job. Which afterwards I thought maybe he doesnât see it that way, after all heâd just returned from a painful weekend in Japan, but listening to this it seems that he has long game in mind and is doing a great job bringing Williams back to glory.
These Vowles Verdicts are a major part of why Iâm paying attention. Alex is a great driver and Iâm following him of course, but I donât feel like teams really earn that same level of emotional investment, but Williams does. Iâm proud of you all.
Not as if we are talking about seconds away from everyone else. It's a few tenths, like a blink of an eye, that makes the difference. On paper, the last two seasons from p1 to p20 are the closest I've ever seen in f1. For williams to step it up, it's never easy, and both drivers are performing at top level, including logan. Logans, the second season, has been undervauled for him with just some unlucky moments. I think willaims are on the rise, and with a third chasis available, theyre have a better end of season.
i swear he says the same exact things recapping every single race weekend. universe just give the poor man a solid grand prix weekend i canât take another 5 vowels verdicts where he says the weekend wasnât what they wanted:,(
Learn, Adapt and moving forward.
Hell yeah it's the motherfucking Vowles Verdict
These videos make me become a fan of Williams. Let's not forget, they've got more constructor's than Red Bull! It'd be great to see them regain their edge under James Vowles. I hope they figure out their financial issues because it's a big limiting factor in their resurgence.
Once again, please please can you read out the questions, as somebody with a disability I do not understand what James is saying because I donât know what the question was, for some who followed Williams for such a long time it feels sad that you cannot do this and Cover people with disabilities (also you are complying with disability discrimination act 2010.) Look forward to your response and hopefully in the future start reading out the questions?
For real. Honestly anyone might want to listen while doing something else, but especially for our friends with disabilities and reading disorders... would be nice!
@@bdubs3819 thanks for sort of about agreeing with me. However, Itâs more about necessity not being nice, trust me I would love not to have a disability and be normal whatever normal is, it doesnât take much to make an adjustment so everybody can benefit, just it would be lovely if Williams racing could follow everyone else.
Japanese Verdict after Chinese GP. Not only is the excel management slow but video production and editing as well ??
It was posted on Williams' website and app just after Japan.
Great to hear. Williams will get back there, but we all have to be realistic. This imo has to be a 5 year plan but 2026 must be the key turn a corner moment back to consistent top 5 car level with potential for podiums that has to be the target behind the scenes. The Pr dept has to also be building the hype i have a 12 year old f1 nut that doesnt mention Williams or know what they used to be Williams need to change that. A Williams / car manufacture prdu tion car needs to be in the plans also like the clio Williams of yesteryear get the brand spoken about again.
How can I buy shares in Williams
instead of going for a balance car that struggles in the midfield, would it be better to take a risk with a faster unstable car like last year, giving albon more chances to score
I think they believe that they reached the pinnacle of what that car design could do last year. It did have a strong result, but there wasn't much of an opportunity to do better than that in the future. Which is why they've redesigned the car to be more balanced, it gives them more design space to shoot higher than the 7th they had last year. Unfortunately for 2024 they're still figuring out the new design so it'll be a rough year and they'll likely regress in position this year.
The hope is that it'll be short-term pain for long-term gain, being able to extract more out of the current design in the years to come.
I thought I was in a time warp haha.
What about China?
How are we supposed to ask questions?
On the socials, they always put up a tweet inviting questions.
I'm sure he is adjusting from having a huge budget to a small one. That's not going to happen over night.
Sell it to Andretti already!!!!đ€·ââïž
Why is this uploaded now?? lol.
Really threw me for a loop haha.
The Vowels excuse podcast ever Monday for the next 8 months đ
Williams admin you have to release these on time bozo
Does anyone still recovers after a rooky Bearman walk away with six points on first race shameful
Bearman was in a Ferarri, big difference. Remember, Nick DeVries did the same and where is he now. It's easy to recover.
With logan as our driver we should have expected to have components smashed. Why were we caught of guard by this. I'm so concerned about our team for the future. When Alex goes we will not be able to replace him with a driver of the same quality
Stop with the negative Logan garbage. Logan was doing great and keeping up with Alex until Alex, yes Alex, crashed the car. This is only the start of Logan's second year on the grid with a team that's trying to get itself together. I'm personally cheering for both drivers and the team. If you're so concerned for the team maybe you should strap in and get on the grid. I'm sure you would be so much better than Logan........oh, wait.
@@sandratracy1378 lol who are you trying to convince me or yourself?
Yes Alex crashed. But are you seriously saying that if we lose alex then we can attract a driver with the same quality to replace him? Or even better do you think logan can step up and be a number 1 driver?
@@sandratracy1378 logan's out after this year bud
The Vowles excuse corner
Copy and paste for ever race this season. Loganâs gotta go. Get ruthless, this is F1
No just fire Sargent and move on.
