Mr Vowles, this debrief and transparency is truly cutting edge right now in F1. As a long time admirer of Williams (dating back to the Mansell days), the recent tribulations of the team have been heartbreaking to watch. However, I believe under your tenure (may it be long and successful) we will once again see the vibrant Williams of old. Your clear embracing of the change in fan relations and media brought about social media demonstrates the capacity to look for new and better ways of doing things that is at the heart of F1. Thank you for these! And good luck in Miami!
Been a life long fan of McLaren, yet Williams always holds a place in my heart ever since the Nigel Mansell era. This current team gives so much hope that Williams are on the path to success. The investors just need to give James the time to fix things.

Just a suggestion, but reading out the questions and turning the music down a bit will make this a lot more accessible for people and captivating. It's a universal design thing as it won't just help people with disabilities, but also the people who listen while doing something else, or can't read that fast. Otherwise, great video!

Having been what I'd call a "rookie" fan last season, I naturally gravitated towards the two rookie drivers: Logan and Oscar. But until discovering both this and Team Torque over the last couple of days, I think Williams have cemented themselves as my preferred team over McLaren, though I still follow both drivers.
Definitely check out their interviews on podcasts such as High Performance (Alex and James), Beyond the Grid (all three) and Track Limits (James). Truly gives an authentic insight into James, Alex and Logan and the Williams team
I'd love to speak with James' eloquence and command of English.

logan's penalty was super harsh, as all of the penalties given this week end. even the bottas incident was poorly managed. stewards must be more consistent and fair. how on earth could either logan or its pitwall could guess right about who crossed the line in front?

Once again, please please can you read out the questions, as somebody with a disability I do not understand what James is saying because I don’t know what the question was, for some who followed Williams for such a long time it feels sad that you cannot do this and Cover people with disabilities (also you are complying with disability discrimination act 2010.) Look forward to your response and hopefully in the future start reading out the questions?

They should do this, but please stop citing an act (which you’re not giving the correct name) which doesn’t apply in this situation. All this sort of fake legalese generally does is make the video guys have to consult with the legal department before they can make the change.

What an absolute mess! They've cocked up F1 one so much that they now have to have POINTLESS gimmick races to spice things up? Appalling! They've took away the incredible soundtrack and diminished the excitement of qualifying and what is supposed to be the actual race, and we have vanilla experts, vanilla commentators, vanilla drivers in vanilla cars. Oh for the days of Senna and Mansell screaming down the straight, sparks flying, wheel to wheel and Murray and James raising the pulse ever further describing the incredible sporting theatre developing on our screens. Now we have somebody in a flowery dress looking and sounding like a Blue Peter presenter lecturing us on how shock absorber works! I used to love F1 even more than football, so sad.
The music and sound effects are really unnecessary and distracting

Dear Williams, poach 5 new key staff, 1 from each of the top 5 teams, then hire me to make teas and coffees and you'll be winning races in next to no time at all. Oh and sack Logan; as much as I like him, he's not got it. Instead, make a hearty bid for a fresh new driver who can wrangle the car's inherent handling traits as equally as Alex can.
