A few tasks has had Joanne lying on the floor, to be fair.
When she kept saying umbrella past 5 times I wondered if I got the number wrong and that she had to say it 10 times. But then she kept going.
Umbrella!
Maybe a metaphor for life, but also says a lot about the truly bizarre sh1t that they have to do to complete a task on the show that nobody notices bizarre sh1t happening.
Yeah, being on Taskmaster makes you indifferent to weird behaviours. Youâre right John
John is a treasure.
Umbrella
John had the easiest one, as getting different stuff from all over the place is never suspicious for a task. But there is a nice psychological aspect to it all. What strange behaviour of others are you going to ignore when you yourself are focused on concealing your own strange behaviour? I believe they could have gone much bigger with this and still nobody would make a comment.
Love this show
I am literally crying đđđ
It feels odd being this early!!!
Nick is so good in this series. He is amazing!
Nick and Steve's effort on that task was so bad but at least theirs had the umbrella wink.
Everyone: John, how much do you like Freddie Mercury?
John R.: Yes!
As there is only one dressing room at the TM house i wonder if the contestants take turns using just that one room?
Series 16: âLucy might be the weirdest female contestant everâ
Series 17: âJoanne and Sophie would like you to hold their beersâŠâ
(Btw, specifying âfemaleâ isnât me being sexist, itâs just a necessary caveat given that Paul Chowdhry exists đ)

Rhod Gilbert exists as well. He is a very disturbed man XD
Not weird, just off-beat. Both rapid-firing alternative thinkers. For true weird, see Steve Pemberton, although less so in this task, which wasnât shown. He and Nick were spectacularly inept; âthe worst task in 17 series â according to Greg.
âRhod Gilbertâ is a very disturbed character. Not to be confused with Gregâs friend of over 20 years, Rhod Gilbert.
â@@mcculloch29 The "worst attempt in 17 series" is just recency bias. No task attempt will ever be so catastrophically shit as "my eyes are circles?"
Joanne is fit!
John is such a babe
Was Alex abused or worked for MI5?
Child of divorce

Potato
I felt sorry for Sophie in the first part of the last task cause she was destined to fail because she had name a country beginning with X and thatâs the only letter not to have a country beginning with it.
I.E; Aruba, Bahrain, Cuba, Denmark, Eritrea, Finland, Greece, Honduras, Indonesia, Japan, Kiribati, Laos, Macau, Niger, Oman, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, São Tomé E Principe, Thailand, Uganda, Vanuatu, Wallis And Futuna Islands, Yemen, Zambia.
There is no X see, there is no X.
Wallis? Did you mean Wales?
@@barneymetcalfe8896 They meant the islands in the South Pacific. Although, from what I understand that wouldn't count as it isn't a separate country, it's French territory and part of France.
gee, spoiler, much???
