JerBearVlogs yeah his level of skill is amazing. like there are no other drummers that I know of that can compare to his skill when it comes to these really weird and unusual rhythms I mean most the stuff sounds like a solo but he remembers and plays every detail perfectly

Chris is a very cool dude I talked to him for a while at a show a few years ago and he was awesome.
FALLENDEMAND GAMES I've chatted with the guy a few times, super cool and down to earth.
Producer: "What genre were you guys thinking for this song?"
Band: "Yes."
I am a pretty decent drummer, but Chirs astounds me... the part at 4:14 kept throwing me off, trying to figure out what he was doing, because he's not playing a normal straight pattern on the crashes. He's playing a couple beats and then a rest in a specific pattern, with the first beat 1 on a different crash. The pattern being 2, 2, 3, 2 (a rest after each number of crash hits.... while doing random snare hits on top... 🤯 Chris... you are an alien robot... 👽🤖🥁

Yo check out silent planet some time if you haven't. Talked to that guy after a show one time and he said he grew up playing in church and with funk. You can tell, and it's similar to this.
