I just purchased the products today and I only bought: shampoo/conditioner/silent treatment/one pass.
I love the smell of the products, it reminds me of honey dew.
My only complaint is after I used the one pass on my dry hair it started reverting back to curly and I had to use more than one pass on my hair.
I’m still getting a relaxer and will use the products. I paid too much money for these products. 🤦🏾♀️
Btw my pump on the conditioner worked just fine.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! I like the smell too it kinda smells like sweet tarts to me 😂. A few tips for guaranteeing one pass will do the trick is after applying OPP do a quick blowdry again before flat ironing and then make sure the sections you’re flat ironing are super thin. Like you should be able to read a letter thru the section it’s so thin. 😅 Also check that the temp on your flat iron is high enough for the density and texture of your hair. Hope this helps 🥰 I would also suggest grabbing that glaze too 🫶🏾

I liked the foam, I did a roller set on my hair with the foam. I believe the pump on the conditioner is a defect. I did a review on the pump, and told them about it.

Hey! Correct I didn’t use the silent treatment at all in this video but I have a video coming up soon where I did use it. Still loved the results 🥰 The just glaze is supposed to be used on wet hair and the OPP is to be used on dry hair.
So here’s the rundown:
Step 1&2: Shampoo/conditioner
Step 3: Silent treatment (wet hair) (use on once a month,you can skip this step if it’s been less than a month)
Step 4: Just Glaze (use one pump on the whole head on wet hair)
Step 5: OPP (use on blow dried hair,shake well)
Step 6: Doux Drops (use like a glosser)

I see that you used the serum just glaze when the hair is damp. Can you use it on blow dried hair?
The owner of the product said use it on damp hair so that’s the only way I’ve tried it. I wouldn’t use it on blow dried hair because I believe it would make the hair revert back to curly. It’s not really like a serum it’s more of a gellie type of consistency. Like the feel of a skin moisturizer almost. Hope this helps 🤞🏾
I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and the foam. The conditioner is so thick, it would not come out of the pump. I had to take the lid off to get it out. I didn't like the smell of the products at all.
I had the same issue with my conditioner! I thought maybe it was just my bottle. I have to take my top off too. How do you like the foam? I haven’t used it yet.
Will trying clarifying shampoo in future ?
