I have 3b hair and I love this! One thing I love about this is how my hair will smell like my shampoo and conditioner still because I didn't use a flat iron on my hair to get it straight.

I've been influenced lol. You got me! I have pretty much the same hair texture (also black and filipina) and I like straightening my hair but have been trying to figure out how to cut back on heat. Definitely a game changer.
NooooâŠI reassured myself there was no point in spending the money on this, because there was NO WAY it could do anything for my hair. Now that Iâve seen it work on someone who pretty much has the same type of hair, also black & Filipina (ayy), I HAVE to get it. It takes me 30 min to dry and 30 to flat iron, too, so this def seems life changing!
I also remember being in middle school trying to use those steam pod flat irons that you put a little water in omg đł.
@@aasian ugh retouching always takes at LEAST 15-20 min, esp if itâs after a workout đ©. Iâm glad you didnât use the steampod, it was a nightmare lol. Pulled and broke my hair and never stayed straight. I just looked it up, they still make it but it looks different now AND itâs like 10x the price đ€Ł

Details: I have 3b hair - i'm mixed with african american, panamanian, german and chinese. I fully expected this to replace my blowdryer, not my flat iron. I was wrong! It replaces both! From out of the shower, i'd let my hair air dry, then blow dry then straighten. So AFTER air dry, it would take about 1.5-2 hours to do my hair. Seriously with this airstrait, It took me 45 minutes from right out of the shower (dripping wet hair) to completely straight as if i flat ironed it! Just make sure you do the ultraboost feature after you're done to make sure to get that flat iron/shiny feel. I cannot believe this thing! Its a game changer.Only things to note: make sure to dry the roots and use ultraboost on them. You wont be able to curl the ends obviously so its just for pin-straight look. You're blow drying so i'd leave a window open or keep the fan on.
it looks really pretty! i love how natural it is. i don't have curly hair but i use the airwrap and it cut down my hair styling so much too.. i can do a blowout in 20min now:)
i wonder if you could flip the ends and do a blowout look with rollers.. or you could do it with the airwrap since you're thinkin about that one đ
I've been wanting to wear my hair straight more and this looks like a good option. That price though. If it works I guess it's worth it.

How does your hair hold in humidity? Not sure if where you are in California has high humidity, but I think that's my only issue with the Dyson Airwrap.
