This is a drum playthough of a song by Australian band The Amity Affliction that I've recently been playing with. The band parted ways with their drummer last year and I was asked to tour with them in America in October supporting Motionless In White. This was such a fun tour and all the guys in Amity, plus everyone on that whole tour were absolute legends! During that tour Amity also asked me to play with them again in Europe and the UK in late October/December part of the Kerrang! 2017 Tour. That was another fun run of shows and another unreal opportunity for me to play much heavier hitting music on stage. I learnt a lot about myself physically, mentally and emotionally on those 2 tours! This year I joined the boys again on stage for their headlining show at the UNIFY festival in Melbourne, Australia to over 7000 people. Amity played a 15 year anniversary set, which was an incredible honour to be a part of!! A band that has been around for so long with so many great albums and songs! It was another incredible experience that I will never forget!! I truly have taken a lot away from playing with The Amity Affliction and I'm looking forward to what the band do going forward!
To my followers here on CZcams!!! My apologies for literally coming to a complete stop with my videos. The last few years have been incredibly crazy for me that I’ve been so extremely grateful for. I’ve been so fortunate to have toured so many countries with so many unreal bands and artists!!
It all began when I started playing with Sydney solo instrumental guitarist Plini, for his first show in Australia back in 2015. This lead to a Japanese tour with him supporting Cynic in September then Australian tours supporting TesseracT and Ne Obliviscaris. In March 2016 we supported INTERVALS in North America, which led into a massive European tour supporting Animals As Leaders in July and August. Plini was then invited to support Animals As Leaders again later that year in North America where Aaron Marshall of Intervals also asked if I could play with him on the same tour. That was my first double duty tour and it was an incredible time to say the least! Something I will also never forget!! Early 2017 AAL came to Australia where I played with Plini and Nick Johnston for the first time (another pleasurable double duty tour). A little later in March Plini had his first OS headlining tour in Europe. He then headlined North America where I also played with David Maxim Micic (BILO) for the first time and Nick Johnston again (my first triple duty tour!) HAHA. I was home in Australia for less than a week before leaving for my first tour with The Amity Affliction in the USA.
In between being away on all these tours I was home learning and preparing myself for upcoming tours for either new material for current bands or learning completely new material for tours with bands I had never played with.

I have gotten all the entries together and currently in the process of editing in 72 drummers!! 72 DRUMMERS!!! I was so overwhelmed by the amount of people who filmed themselves play the track and enter their videos to be included! My apologies for letting it take this long.. I hope to FINALLY have that video finished and on CZcams next month! There were some amazing entries which I have decided to give away 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placings to as well! So stayed TUNED!!
I will also be getting back to more of my own drum videos this year as well. Firstly playing through material I’ve been touring with over the last few years so expect some more drum videos from The Amity Affliction and Plini plus songs by Intervals, David Maxim Micic and Nick Johnston. YEEWWWWWWWWWW
