Fixed vs Floating parts in SolidWorks Assembly

Sometimes when creating assemblies in SolidWorks, you'll bring in a first part, which becomes fixed, and decide that it is not the correct part to start with, or it comes in at the wrong orientation. This is how you can fix that problem.
