This scene is insane. I cry everytime. The chaos in both the cars, the fact that they’ve put vivaldi-winter under it, and rich’s face when he felt like something was wrong. Its heartbreaking but so wonderful
I hate Franky, but blaming her is completely idiotic. Matty was the one speeding like a lunatic and he left Grace there to die without bothering to get help.
Matty wouldn’t of been speeding at all if Franky hadn’t of got in the car with Luke

He didn’t have to chase down Franky and Luke. Matty was the one behind the wheel, so it was his fault.

Matty still didn’t have to speed the way he did, causing a car accident. That was so irresponsible. He even left Grace there, without calling for help. He knew he was a fault, so that’s why he fled the scene. Not taking responsibility for his actions.
Grace didn't deserve this
I cried during this whole season, and this was the start of it 😭
My heart breaks for Grace, she didn’t deserve this, but Franky doesn’t deserve all the blame for what happened and she isn’t to blame for it completely, Matty was driving after her and Luke and crashed but Liv told him to chase after Franky and that led to the crash.
Remember later this series in Liv’s-centric episode, she started blaming Franky for why Grace died, but the way I see it, I think it was because she didn’t like or want to believe and accept that it was her fault just as much or more than it was Franky’s.
Liv could have gotten Grace out of the car and left Matty to chase after Franky by himself but obviously it was for the plot of each generation that a character fans loved died. So sad 😢💔

Poor LIV with Matt leaving she was left all alone with her best friend dead in an accident, no wonder she was the most affected one after Rich beause of this. I loved LIV esp in season 6. I hate franky and Matt with passion. Liv was there to comfort Franky and she was with Matt while he was fucking up things in season 5.

When I first watched it, I blamed her. Then I watched again and it's clearly Matty's fault. He was the one that left instead of calling somebody to help.

It is indeed frankys fault. She created chaos Inside matty and left with Luke. You are expecting matty to be in peace? And also if it isn't for franky he shouldn't be in that Vehicle
It wasn’t all Franky’s fault, Liv is actually to blame for it to some degree just as much, she told Matty to chase after her and Luke which led to the crash and Grace dying. Liv could have gotten or told Grace to get out of the car and let Matty go after Franky on his own.
And remember in Liv’s episode this series, she began blaming Franky but think about it, she was clearly blaming Franky also because deep down inside she knew it was partly her fault what happened to Grace and she felt it was easier to blame and hate Franky completely for it rather than to take responsibility and accept that she was to blame for Grace dying too.

@@rustyrhurbarb743 if this is your mentality, then blame rick for letting grace leave or not stopping or going with her, blame liv for shouting and putting pressure or matty and telling him to go faster and not being fast enough to help her, or blame luke for speeding so fast that matty couldnt comprehend that fast, blame grace for not getting out the car. its not frankys fault so we cant play the victim game, im sure she didnt know he was dangerous, and she did tell luke to stop the car multiple times.

I'm just here to comment that I will never watch this scene again. It's just not possible because it broke my heart.

Liv was so underrated, i didn't understand the hate for her. I felt bad for her in s6
She's my favorite from Gen 3. I don't get the hate for her either. It feels extremely disproportional to the bad that she's done, and even her bad actions weren't irredeemable nor do they compare to what some of these other characters have done.
Her trauma and grief in S6 gets so overlooked by the fandom. Not only was she dealing with the loss of one of her best friends, but also the mental impact from seeing her dead body, the guilt from surviving the crash and not being able to help Grace live too, and the abandonment from being left for dead by a guy she once loved which compounded with the sense of abandonment she already felt from her family.
No one really seemed to care about what she was going through either (aside from Alex, of course, and Rich too towards the end) or bothered to check on her, not even her own mother. On top of that, her other best friend spent the entirety of that season either ignoring her or being mean to her when all she needed was a shoulder to cry on. Liv deserved better.
Those 2.7 litre engines in the BMWs my friend had one not a convertible tho. Smooth ride and packed some power for sure.

I'm late getting into this show. but oh well. it's not something I could've watched when it first aired because I was still a kid and the content would've sent my dad off if he saw me watching it. however I need to point out that this car crash is stupid. looking at the damage to the front of the car Matty should be dead too. not well enough to run off and leave poor Gracie for dead. also Liv should have more injuries like a broken arm or a head wound or something. not just a few minor scratches. and it totally sucks that the stupid writers killed off my fav characters girlfriend. also if they'd actually married in the previous season then Grace's dad would've had a harder time keeping his daughter's husband out of her hospital room as legally Rich would have say in his wife's care.
and series ruined like she couldve lost a leg or sumn WHY KILL HERRRR it was franky that was supposed to die or even liv would have made more sense this was just bad writing
