May sound strange but slightly flattened out...thin layer of mayo top with thinly sliced onion and topped with cheddar cheese...supper yummy 😋 the mayo you don't taste but gives moisture x
Always check this channel when I’m not sure how to cook something new in air fryer thanks.. you two are great 👍
Aldi make a lovely honey and mustard ham glaze, which I brush onto my pork chops after I have cooked them in the Cosori. Then back in for a few minutes, absolutely delicious
My favourite on pork steaks is cayenne and garlic salt
What great ideas to give those pork steaks a kick, great job, jobbed💫💫👏👏😘😘❤️❤️🤩🤩
Love the mushroom & garlic cream sauce.Great for keto 😊
Hi Sharon and Martin hope your all well. I enjoy your cooking in you ninja 🥷dual, have you ever thought about doing a recipe book 📖 as you meals are down to earth no messing food 🥘 I have bought recipe books for the ninja dual but there’s nothing in there that inspires you. I have just bought all the ingredients to do the fish pie that you and Martin did and I bought the bowls from IKEA as well. 👍🏻
Nice one Linda, the fish pie is a winner.
Sharon PLEASE make a pot of the mushroom, cream & garlic sauce (you put on that pork steak) & drive up to the north west?
It looked bloody lovely.
We always buy these chops as they are good value and consistently good quality. Thanks for the serving suggestion x
Thank you for sharing your delicious pork chops all look delicious watching from South Africa
woow now we're going to have pork chops here. thanks for the inspiration // Jonas
We just love you two guys!! More More!👌👌👌👌
They all look excellent, I have a bunch of porks in the freezer, not for much longer!
I do the mushroom, garlic and cream but put another chop on top so it's a sandwich and top with mozzarella yours looks lush hope you are well ❤🥰
Another good recipe,thank you.Elaine from Queensland,Australia.
Will be having Pork Medallions for Sunday Dinner, Will try the Garlic and Mushroom Sauce , Thanks for the Tip.
Some good ideas mate, the mushroom one looks lovely.
Best cooker on the market. I always look to cook in mine, and the chips are amazing, as well as the meat
b rill advice, thank you. my son is giving me an air fryer soon and this video has been really useful.
They look great, I like to put a spoonful of apple sauce on top and cover with a slice of cheddar - yummy😊
i like to put them in a Pyrex bowl just covered and a bottle of k cider and cooked slow
Such a good sport, too, Sharon...you always immerse yourself in every video and crack on without any difficulty...always a smile, good humour and informative delivery...the perfect compliment to Martin's dialogue...(I would have never thought an air-fryer could do all of this...I bought one after discovering your channel and I can't believe the ease of use...you're making home cooking for families (and individuals) affordable and fun...(plus, the monthly savings on energy is a bonus perk!) ✨🤙🏼✨👌🏼✨
Thank you so much 😁
Brilliant video as always. You two should write a cook book 😊 ❤
As always fantastic Best ever on You Tube
brilliant thanks for ideas .
Instead of using paper towel as splash guard I use a thin linen towel which can then be washed.
Just ordered the chinese salt n pepper rub and pork chops will be in my basket tomorrow (going to buy 4, 2 with chinese rub 2 with cream, garlic, dash of Worcestershire sauce) thank you, we've not bought pork chops for ages because of how bland they are
I was going to mention a little bit of worstershire also, I think it would just add a nice bit of flavour.
That was fantastic will be trying them out
Love pork but the way you've cooked them has me wanting to try the different flavours now so thank you for this video.
I like the BBQ one
New subscriber! Thanks firstly for the superb information regarding the Cosori 3.8 Lite Airfryer. Mine arrived before I had discovered your channel. I am loving everything I cook in it. Tonight it was pork loin steaks with the Chinese Five Spice. Delicious!
Thanks for the sub!
Love these! I'll definitely be trying them to jazz up my pork steaks 😋. Thanks for sharing more great ideas x
They all look so delicious! My faves are the mushroom one and the mozzarella and tomato ones. 😋😋😋😋
I think the pork steak with the chinese salt and pepper with the mozzarella and tomatoes on top would be great. I'm in Canada, i hope I can get the chinese salt and pepper to see the diffrence. Thanks for all your videos.😊
now they looked tasty , well done 👍
We have them with a very nice cheddar cheese and apple sauce mmmmmmmm delicious
Apple sauce and cheese I like then grill
hi martin and sharon hope u and your famly are well great video
Looks lovely and tasty, welldone,
Thanks!
Thank you so much John😁
Good inspiration
Hi Guys. We're new subscribers and we're loving your channel and we've tried many of the lovely recipes that you've shown, those chops look sooooo good, we're going to try that and we thought about trying the Maggi seasoning that we bought after you used it in a recipe. We love watching you both. Cant wait for the next one. Sharon and Phil ❤
Hi Sharon, a bit of Maggi in the cream would have been great.
@@butlersempire in the cream yes, sounds good, the Maggi goes well with everything we've tried it in so far, good tip from you 👍 don't take any notice of any negative comments, we love all your channels, especially watching your grandchildren growing up, and you've inspired me to have a go at servicing our Briggs & Stratton mower engine with a bit of help from Phil 😂 will he be pulling his hair out! keep up the great work guys, love to your family ❤
Some great ideas.
75-80°C? 😂 I hear the British accent, no offending but 55-60°C really kills everything and leave you with more moisture... In fact all diary, milk, whatsoever is pasterized at max 60°C, thats really enough. ❤🎉 Love your energy folks :)
In the UK, the law requires 75 deg C for meat
I always cook my pork chops in the air fryer. They don't dry out so much as they do in the oven and the fat crisps up nicely. Loving this ❤😊
They all look delicious. Another great video.😋👍
They all looked good Martin and Sharon, but I would have to go for either the plain one more the salt and pepper one, my husband would like the bbq one. I got my cosori dual blaze today, I've made a cake and some sausage rolls. They both turned out perfect. At least I had an idea how to use it with watching your channel. Another good review you two
Having watched you many times on CZcams I was convinced to buy a gas camping stove but I first looked to see if tha gas cans be reused and sadly they just have to be taken to a recycling centre so I think the next best thing will be the induction hob.
It's chop tactic very enjoyable and very interesting about chops every which way you can have see chops as brillant
Absolutely fantastic again Martin and Sharon will be trying the garlic and mushroom one 👍👍👍👍
Apple sauce with cheddar melted on top 😋
All looked lovely, Sharon’s voice is 1000 times more pleasing than the artificial voice used for the ingredients
Did hubby 2 pork steaks yesterday but only did them plain in the air fryer, wish id watched this before as i have all the ingredients in the cupboard & fridge that you added. Oh well theres always next time. Have a great weekend. Love ya guys ❤
They all looked lovely. I'll be taking some of those, if not all of the ideas there. Thank you.
I usually put my potatoes through a ricer then add butter and milk and stir it in great for no lumps
Hi Sharon and Martin, the pork looked lovely, I use five spice a lot but have never reduced the cream as much as Sharon, with the garlic and mushrooms, a great tip. The pork looked amazing and I wanted the fat passed on to me, on a plate with my knife and fork at the ready! Thanks for sharing. x
Well done mushroom and garlic one looked yummy
Salt and pepper first choice for me. BBq second and plain third. Don't like mushrooms and find mozarella very bland.
The fat tastes really nice but is it good for you?
Salt and pepper rub now on my shopping list. Cheers.
Another great video as always. I love pork steaks and they looked delicious 😋 You could also put apple sauce on the pork and cheese on top. My mouth is watering. Take care and stay safe.🥰😋❤️🦋👨🍳
I was also gonna suggest this. I love pork with apple sauce and cheese melted on top ❤
You should have an amazon shop
Even when I’ve marinated them, I never seem to get good results with pork steaks, but I rather like the look of the cream, mushrooms and garlic sauce, so it’s worth me having a go at making this, next time I buy them.
pork is actually classed as red meat, just saying. keep up the good grub
Thank you so much for those ideas, I never realised pork chops had so many possibilities. Take care
Pork loin chops take 11 minutes at 200. Plus 5minutes wrapped in foil to rest. Cooking for 20 minutes will turn them in to shoe leather. Temperature of pork to aim for 63c.
I’m like you Sharon I love garlic 🧄 they all look lovely, I’ve got some pork loins in the freezer il be cooking those tonight not sure what topping but they will definitely have garlic 😁 thank you once again 😊
I buy a boneless pork loin and cut my own steaks then freeze them individually
It’s only 7:30 am for me and am craving the pork steaks you made ! 😮
All looks delicious guys and keto too, I think I'll do the creamed mushroom ones for Sunday lunch, all delicious and economical thanks folks.😃👍🏼❤️
They look so good how do I decide
I love Aramat on all my meat and garlic ❤❤❤
I cook these pork steaks in the air fryer simply sprinkled with aromat seasoning.Served with mash and greens makes a good low cost meal.Any steaks I don’t cook at the time I vacuum pack and freeze
😮 mouth watering I think I'd like them all
Hi guys hope you are both well I will be trying them great idea love watching all your videos
Hi Sharon and Martine another good video as usual and all the pork steaks looked lovely I will be trying those flavours. Thank you for sharing.❤❤
Did you ever see if those electric hobs saved money compared to the gas hobs?
I would like to know the answer to that question too!
Apart from the bbq one as I don’t like it they all looked really nice,I usually just have a chop plain ,I never really thought about putting anything on it,but I will definitely be trying some of these out
Ohh yes you cant beat a pork chop, and they looked fantastic, i would have wolfed the lot, great video guys, yum, 👍🏻❤
Those pork chops are good from tesco
Love you two
Thank you so much 😁
Yummy - Pork steaks for dinner tonight with cheesy mash 😀 - So glad you liked the masher I sent - I came home from my birthday dinner yesterday and watched my regular you tube videos, It was lovely to see you had received and tested the masher - Made my day - Sorry I forgot to put my surname - It’s Jacqui Knight xx
Thank you so much Jacqui. Sharon loves it.
Plain one with applesauce delish.
That looked so YUMMY 👌🏻, with you Sharon on the mushroom/ garlic one 😁 but also with Martin in that I would eat the lot 👍🏻, you pair have got me wondering just what spice you add to your life 😳, seems to work absolutely marvellously whatever it is 😉.
Love your show here in Australia...😊
Thank you so much 😁
I've just bought 3 of these probes/thermometers, one for me, one for my newly married son and his wife and one for a friend based on how much you two recommend them.
Great ideas! Thank you!! ❤❤
love the video. Why did you turn down the tv proposal ?.You two would bloody smash it!Everybody LOVES you.Much love xxx
Didn't want to sign away our rights in a contract.
Looked really nice, they all looked lovely yum ❤
Hi Martin and Sharron
That mushroom one looks like my choice
They all looked nice. Well if only eating protein maybe you could eat nothing but the lot. Hehe. It’s only the air fryer that. Makes them as juicy,. I like a bit of sage and onion stuffing on top of mine the a couple of splashes of one cal on top. With a bit of onion. Sometimes I sprinkle a bit if Parmesan cheese on top.
I’m going for it, BBQ sauce with mozzarella cheese and tomato on top.
Intrigued about the piece of kitchen paper on your hob. Is the hob an induction & why does the paper not burn? Many thanks. Dianne
In the states these are called pork loin chops
Over here if they’re called chops there’s usually at least a small piece of bone attached. No bone and it’s a steak. Same for lamb but not for beef as obviously a T-bone steak has bone attached. Maybe we should call it a beef chop!
Thanks a lot Sharon and Martin for several interesting versions to cook pork steaks ! I’m really impressed with how you made the white sauce with so few ingredients 😮 I’ve learned something new as I have always taken the easy way of cooking pork chops with a combination of cream of mushroom soup(concentrate) mixed with dry Lipton onion soup powder - it’s a good thing to have on hand if you’re out of fresh ingredients, but am going to try your recipe- love the idea of garlic to the sauce❣️
Where did you get the salt and pepper seasoning from. Thanks for the video.
Link below in the description.
Yummy
It is 200c you did them for wasn't it,only in your description you got that you did them on 180c think you have got those mixed up as it shows martin putting them on at 200c.
You need a Ninja Speedi.
What is the hotplate used here. Never seen a double
Pork is good value
