I was at this show. Thought they were fantastic, but had no idea how big this band would become.
Exactly the same. They were so good.
I was there. Same. It did feel very different than other shows though. I remember him introducing “Lucky” and wasn’t clear what was going on but it was very different.
They should be even bigger in America, but ohhhh well, New Philistia may grow a soul yet.
Jonny wearing a Radiohead shirt, aw.
Crazy that they were playing Lucky this early. Anyone Can Play Guitar is in the same set.
Of course it isn't. Lucky was originally recorded in September 1995, as part of the War Child Collective. It was on the Help album way before it appeared on OK Computer.

Dude, Colin is actually slapping the fucking bass in "My Iron Lung". That is dope.
32:14: body surfer shows up on film during "Anyone Can Play Guitar"
35:32: Radiohead finishes "Anyone Can Play Guitar"
35:54: Lady cries out "Body surfing wankers!"
35:56 Thom: "Oh yeah, sorry, body-surfing wankers again I repeat... there are certain gigs to go and do that certain think to you know... this isn't one of them, you know... I can safely say without any doubt whatsoever that this next song was not written to body-surf to." and they launch into (Nice Dream).
"ok, this is called creep 🙄" You can hear the pain in his voice hahaha
This happened on the day I was born

Ed’s guitar in Nice Dream. What a beauty.
The Lift performance is just perfect, thank you for this!
One of the best channels to get your Radiohead fix!
I was at this show. I consider myself very lucky. Thanks for bringing back the memories.
Какой же здесь балдежный звук, будто действительно там нахожусь
the drums sound so fucking nice here holy shit
the rest of the mix is a bit whacky but hey the people there probably enjoyed it
That Colin and his cigarette just before Fake Plastic Trees starts. Brilliant sight :D
36:05 "THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING."
I was at this concert, I have several memories of it. First I'm grateful you posted it, it's a dream come true. I was 16 at the time. I went with a few buddies. Funny fact we all had our David Gray free single cassette give away from waiting in line to get in, and we each didn't open it a decade later. No offense meant... but it's true. I don't know where it is now though. This is the concert that made me a Radiohead fan. I heard their stuff beforehand, but this left an impression on me. I attended one more after this, OK Computer tour at the Riv, and I love it. It wasn't until I watched this a year or so ago that I realized that I got a sneak peak of OK Computer. I wasn't as deep of a fan when I attended this, but I loved it, it is the reason I became the fan I am of them today. While I was there I saw that JBTV was there and I even tried sending them a letter asking if there was a place available for me to obtain this. I'm not sure how you got a copy, but I am forever grateful that I've been able to experience it over again.
47:06 EEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDD
What a great pre-OK Computer show.
Thanks again WiseRiley!!!!
How i love Nice Dream
hands down best performance of "lucky" I've ever seen!
50:04 Jonny almost kicked the cameraman
SO random
lol
Considering their frustration about playing creep, it’s perfectly understandable
9:16 on : no single soul crowd surfing anymore .
Let’s appreciate the fact there’s High And Dry in a Radiohead live
the street spirit performance tho 😭💗
😌
Cool! Video.
⚡️thank yøu⚡️
Love this era.
Woaw, the Creep perfomance is just perfect ! Especially Jonny’s guitar which is actually tuned correctly
Thanks @JBTVmusictelevision for recording this show
Can’t believe I was at this show. Feels like just yesterday.
Who was the guy yelling "TRICKSTER" also I like how thom was like "hold on I can't see the set-list" "Planet Telex." being completely indifferent.
This album will haunt me forever. It cha fed my life. And bulletproof is just a masterpiece 🙏🙏 thank you Radiohead
jesus christ that rendition of Planet Telex is just incredible.
Ed o brien on blow out, just brilliaaaant !!
Best Radiohead performance of all time
Best Anyone Can Play Guitar Performance.
wth was that "robot arm?" lol
Check out the performance from Pinkpop 1996, it’s even better!
clearly you havent seen mtv beach house smh
Amazing. Fake plastic trees 👌
Lift is just perfect
13:00 Colin is so out of tune during Black Star. Thom looks so irritated and looks back at Colin just after the 14:00 mark.
rc529 oh noo Colin is lucky thom didn’t say anything 😂
But he's on point for My Iron Lung!
Great ear rc529 !!!
Hysterical seeing him look at him!!
my fav version of Blow Out so far..
Black Star performance ❤
playlist its so Nice
Lurgee!
Lurgee!
Lurgee!
Lurgee!
Why was this show put down from the official Radiohead channel?
My friend’s friend would not shut up about Radiohead. I now realize he’d been at this concert. Well yeah I guess he was right. I was too into Tori to care (I like the Smile, I’m old like Thom now).
Ah man, this is my favorite version of 'Melodic Electioneering' yet; I thought the vesions from the Minidisc were good...actually...come to think of it...isn't one of them FROM this set?? It sounds so much cleaner here
❤❤❤❤❤
Классный концерт, классный звук, классная картинка! 👍👍👍
Great show, great sound, great vision! 👍👍👍
50:00 Wtf😂
LOL What happened to Colin in Blackstart? I never heard it so out of tune
Smacks
what is that thing johnny is wearing during anyone? that is honestly so badass.
it’s a finger massager

Hey! They did come back to The Metro! Or... was it JBTV? But this was aired on JBTV, was it? My memory is ish
what is that electronic thing jonny wearing on his hand @ 31:40
finger massager
Thom refers preceding this version of HIGH & DRY to the K Rock X Mas concert at the Universal Ampitheater; that concert & celebration were a blast, euphoria unlimited and in the spirit of the hedonistic Roman Saturnalia which Christ/mas eventually replaced: I and my lovergirl were right in the front as we lucked out when going to get tickets at the box-office the day they went on sale for that K Rock (semi) acoustic X Mas ( I think in 1995); Radiohead' performance was blazing, feral and epic: everybody was electrified by as in Whitman's I Song The Body Electric by their playing, and the whole concert really was the beauty of humanity in full ecstasy, even with "too much coke" and/or whatever else; Sonic Youth also gave a great performance, as did Joan, Alanis, and others. But unquestionably Radiohead carried the night, and especially their exploding IRON LUNG stole the show. I and my lovergirl still talk about it 30 years later. This band is a phenomenon of both centuries, one late, one early, AND ONE FOREVER.

You can hear the annoyance in his voice when announcing creep
Que rico
If you want a laugh, click on that Radiohead hashtag that's under the video and go down to latest videos and check out the goth girl (about 3 videos down right now) and try and figure out what's going on there! Cheers Riley, seems you're the only one uploading Radiohead content of any kind of quality 😂
The one where she's just laying there?? It's a still of Thora Birch from the movie "Ghost World", lol. Assuming we looked at the same odd video, haha
Wait didn't they uploaded this gig on their CZcams channel, what happened to that?
Aw man they privated it for some reason
@@anus333 yeah i thought my memory was fucking up. i looked on their twitter and the announcement about it being uploaded is gone as well.
What the hell are those organ sounds over planet telex 😂 otherwise fantastic ❤
what are those numbers he was saying during anyone can play guitar
the guy screaming lurgee the whole time must’ve been so bummed
anyone know that that is jonny is using in anyone can play guitar?
a finger massager
Damn.. Bad lighting quality
Excuse me , Johnny?!? 29:10
most bands play their songs faster live, but they play a lot their stuff slower and i am not sure how i feel about it
ya idk why
That's because of the mixing of the record.....
15:17 что со ртом Тома??это так тень падает,или он это он так челюсть вывихнул?выглядит очень пугающе)0
Когда долго поешь песни такие как у Томки в те года, может заболеть челюсть, я думаю так и вышло, он ее разминает)
Where the damn hell is Thom's guitar in this mix?
The mixes suck which is a shame
@@griffin8062 looks like I'll have to remix it
John Cusack sent me hear?
Damn they had their record labels name plastered on Phil’s bass drum, either that’s a joke or not by choice

GOOD ONYA RILEY... 😆 *whizzes to Lift* FARKEN HAIR ON PHIL... WOW 😇
I like how they're doing the songs here. Looser and playful, really milking the songiness whereas the records are more serious, desperate, and rock-ey.
True, those are the best of their shows
czcams.com/video/qtNhppvkX5o/video.html
...and after OK Computer, that was it for Radiohead, folks. Nothing to see here. It's all over...move along.
