Did you know: If may does a blockstring(example, cS, 2S, 46S) and you do a delay 6P, it beats: 46S frametrap(the trick is to time it to when the dolphin hits you). Dolphin RPS is unfavorable to May now! Beats 46~K(split), unless May IAD's you'll be safe, and get a CH. Beats 46~P, it even beats Overhead Kiss after it Beats 46H, obviously Yeah guys may is still top tier!!
You can stop your opponent from just mashing 6P preventively all the time by delaying S dolphin so it catches it before invul (its a kinda tight window I admit) if they block and mash 6P I imagine backdash, S dolphin might be a good option? I’ll lab it on my own soon but if you have any further questions let me know. It’s definitely too early in a patch to determine top tiers or whos weak right now but yes dolphin RPS is definitely weaker than before
@@FireandIceMage I talked to a way better may than me, and here's what they said, "A: if you commit to this option you eat shit if may doesnt do a dolphin which is the first layer option, B: not all 6Ps will favorably do this id imagine C: theres very little reason for may to go for the cancels here imo" And yeah i agree 100% with what you said about tiers
@@shadolphinyeah the new P and K cancels ended up not really being good for beating 6P . P follow up is for combos and like K follow up can be used for certain setups

When doing the first combo, sometimes 6H won't cause wall stick. Is this in relation to how long I delay my vertical dolphin or is something else to blame?
If I had to guess it might be the distance from the wall that causes it to not wall stick. You should be also able to fix this by not canceling S dolphin. Also yes I’m that same FireandIceMage

im really late does the launcher combo not work cause it breaks wall now I cant seem to do the full one it always breaks wall at falling j.h
Seems to work fine... most likely the issue was that you were too close to the wall which would make the wall break sooner.

As a console player never got why you couldnt use arrows instead of memorizing a keyboard
