- What better place to start than the beautify Indian Gate, a little hard to look at it in peace, but none the less a place you still need to stop when in Delhi.
As I was walking to my hotel, I found this little alley that had some Chai, but not any Chai, this was put into a tandoori cup! I met some nice local vloggers and local people all enjoying some food and drinks. I will put the link of the channel below.
After a drink, I was starving so I decided to get some food. I knew this Chaat place was pretty famous so I thought I'd give it a try. The owner was super friendly and we were all joking around. This is probably one of those times when it's a good thing I didn't speak the local language because I didn't realize my mom and sister were getting told to "F Off". I don't really understand why anyone would do that to someone they just met, but hey no hard feelings. The Aloo Tikki and Falooda Kulfi were both pretty good and I was really satisfied.
Finally, I arrived at the Taj Mahal Hotel, now when I was researching where to stay in Delhi, it seemed like one thing everybody agreed on in the comments and reviews was the service of this place is top notch. And they really are. I haven't seen of felt service like this is a long time and I think Taj Mahal Hotel may be one of the best in India.
Once getting to my room, they even offered to change the room if I wanted, but I didn't want to be a bother and was happy with the double bed because it doesn't really make a difference in the long run.
After exploring the room and a quick rest, I headed up to the tea time. With various little cakes and snacks you could definitely eat your fill here. Again, the service here is what shined with both the workers really going above and beyond.
A quick run up to the room and change and I came back for Cocktail hour. Strong drinks and a few big plates later, I was feeling like I was ready to call it a day, but instead I had to head to my multi course meal at Varq!!! Shout out to Rahul for the drinks and all the food!!!

The staff at Taj is always super nice no matter which one you are at. They are always smiling and soft spoken no matter what time you ask for help etc. And, let's not forget how the staff at Taj Mumbai shielded their guests from the bullets of the terrorists during the 26/11 and died protecting them. A huge salute to the staff of Taj. I just love staying there. It's the best hotel chain in the world.

Edit: Okay, now that I have a better idea due to your responses, there is a reason I didn't make it the title of the video or anything. Like it doesn't really matter. I feel good when I see many youngsters who are very well educated have started their own stalls. Atleast they know how to behave unlike the rude guy at 7:00. Hope our country will more represent the values & ethics that it is known for. I loved his experience of Taj hotel. Really Taj is one of the best hotels chains regarding hospitality, values & kindness. They treat all their guests equally. And we can never forget the role these heroes played during 26/11.

The Hotel Taj Mahal in Mumbai is their flagship hotel and is way classier than the other Taj Mahals spread out across India.
Addendum: Many of the guests visiting the Mumbai Taj were and some still are the high class, uber wealthy and highly westernised crowd educated at Mumbai's top schools like Cathedral and John Connon, Campion, J B Petit etc and later at Harvard, OxCam in the UK, Stanford etc residing in the elite areas of South Mumbai like Malabar Hill, Nepeansea Road, Altamount Road, Carmichael Road etc. The crowd in the New Delhi Taj is mostly noveau riche pushy types lacking substance and style. Post pandemic, the Mumbai Taj has further lost its sheen. The hey days were pre-terrorist attack on the Mumbai Taj in 2008. Since the massacre of dozens of guests in the Mumbai Taj, a majority of the South Mumbai elites chose to stay away due to disgust and the fear factor. The Mumbai Taj's iconic nouvelle French cuisine restaurant Zodiac Grill shut in 2017. The Sea Lounge remains sans much of its style in terms of outstanding global foods, great service and classy and knowledgeable visitors. The New Delhi Taj is not a patch on the Mumbai Taj and never was.
Indian cuisine is repetitive lacking subtlety due to an overload of spices, yoghurt, clarified butter and tempering with the ubiquitous mustard and cumin. All Indian dishes have almost the same ingredients and end up monotonous and cluttered.
