      Thanks for the feedback! That be more crucial on the 2 post lifts...technically the 4 post lift doesn't have to be anchored. I had our floor poured at 6" plus at 4000psi, along with fiber and rebar. Considering that and the aforementioned, I was okay with the placement.

    I’m building a 34x60 shop with 14 ft walls and 12x12 doors. Designing it to accommodate a 4 post and a 2 post, tandemly. I appreciate your video. I might get this model or another BendPak 9k. I need the runways to accommodate. F150, f250, BMW sedans and a corvette. I might run into some tread width issues to accommodate all that. Thank you for your video. Please update us with issues. I also own a Takeuchi compact track loader, I see you own one!

      Thanks for the comment! So far so good. You shouldn't have issues with the runways. In the widest position, it accommodates the SRW super duty's. There is also another setting where you can narrow the width (if needed for the BMW), which only requires removal of a couple bolts to change.

      I am not able to pull my super duty under this lift. The problem you may run into is a lift that will go high enough to pull your truck under will not have the lifting capacity to lift your truck...at least that's what I came across at the time I was looking at them

    • @theroyboys2
      @theroyboys2  Před rokem

      I'm not an expert or well versed with the various brands. At a quick glance it looks like the Atlas may come with a few extra accessories that cost extra for the Bendpak. However, it looks like the pump on the Atlas is 110 vs the 220...I'm not sure if that's important to you or not... if you have the option to swap if you decided to order the Atlas. The reasons I went with the Bendpak were the specs checked all the boxes (able to lift my truck, adequate clearances, etc), and the Bendpak was also ALI certified... which is something I wanted.

      @JP-ec8fe There is some adjustment to the ladder locks...I imagine it is 82" max. For example, I have 79" clearance to the bottom in the front, and 81" in the back. This is because the runways are leveled on the two inches of pitch I have in my garage. Hope that makes sense.
