only rugged leather are ok, but other 2 are not so expensive, better if you farm knothide leather in nagrand (at tabulks) or borean leather in sholazar basin (at monkeys)

If you're a Hunter, make sure you damage everything, not just your pet, or you won't be able to skin. I made about 1.5k in 7 resets, assuming the leather sells.
