कहीं स्कूल नहीं तो कहीं पर शिक्षक ही ग़ायब, उत्तराखंड में शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर HC के सवाल

उत्तराखंड में लोकसभा चुनाव का रंग चढ़ने लगा है, कोई ucc के नाम पर तो कोई उत्तराखंडियों को बेहतर माहोल देने के नाम पर वोट पका करने की कोशिश कर रहा है। लेकिन इन सभी के बीच जो उत्तराखंड के असली मुद्दे है उन पर कोई भी बात नहीं कर रहा है, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पलायन जैसे कई मुद्दे जिन पर बात होनी चाहिए। नेताओं का तो पता नहीं लेकिन हाई कोर्ट ने जरूर राज्य और केंद्र सरकार से पहाड़ों में जर्जर हालत में पहुँच चुकी शिक्षा पर जवाब मांगा है। क्या है पूरा मामला बता रहें है इस रिपोर्ट में।
