Im trying to heal my gut I notice I get realllly bloated when i eat cooked veggies even if the meal has no grains but when i have a raw salad Im not as bloated, my gut feels clear and i go to sleep better. So Ive been avoiding the cooked foods and focusing on raw foods some days i just eat only fruit and feel even better so now i want to try eating only fruit & juices for a month to soothe & eliminate my chronic digestive inflammation ill be back in a month to update you all on my health. I am really struggling with digestive issues, I can get backed up and extremely bloated and uncomfortable. You mentioned having difficulty digesting cooked foods, this seems to be my experience as well, I am currently eating fully raw, lots of bananas and other fruits, dark leafy greens, cruciferous and other veggies, 1 tbsp flaxseeds. At times, I still struggle with my digestion and can't figure out if I should eat less avocados, less cruciferous, and focus more on easily digestible fruit. It is because dont eat parts of trees that are not meant to be eaten. Thats why those stuffs need to be cooked to be digested. Dont eat potatoes... only eat the Fruits...

Unfortunately the medical system doens't want people to get well - only tell tehm they're crazy, drug them up, and shuffle them around from doctor to 'treatment' and back home facing unresolved medical issues. Rinse and repeat - not wanting to change. If they don't - we will.
Yes.. juicing!! Jason Vale actually brought it home to me that if there's a crusty/mucoid wall on your digestive organs, causing absorption issues, the juices/liquids are more easily absorbed because liquid can obviously find a path past that barrier easier than solid foods!!
10 minutes in, love that you mentioned this aspect of transition. This is one of the most important aspects in getting healthy is having a humble transition and accepting where "your" at and improving your daily habits one step at a time. Slowly moving from acidity, mucus-forming, poisonous foods towards healthy, clean, mucusfree foods takes time and can be done with systematic process if you want to succeed longterm.
My parents fed me with loads of antibiotics during the first 4 years of my life because their doctor has induced so much fear in them that ever since my gut hasn’t worked properly. I’ve tried literally everything, but never fasted, so now I‘m on Day 16 of my Juice Fast and it’s incredible how bloated I am all the time. Thanks a lot for this life-changing info! Now I know why I’m so bloated and why I lose so much weight. I’m using enemas to counteract the bloating which works very well, but I have to do them every second day, if not every day. You'd be lucky to find any chicken flesh not heavily contaminated, not only with chemicals, but also hormones, bacteria etc... By the way: I'd like to see more about your livestyle in Bali: food, accomodation, what you eat in a day, socializing etc. :) Take care brother
I'd take a free-range, traditionally raised chicken over a heavily processed vegan burger any day. The difference in health the next day or two is super obvious.
I’m having the same issue. I’m on day 29 of my juice fast and my SIBO is flaring up a lot! I only had fruit juice for the last two weeks as I got so nauseous of green juice. Do you have any suggestion on what to do in this situation? Thank you for an enlightening video 🙏🏻
5:25 the best deodorant is really extra virgin olive oil - the thick solid stuff. If you add even essential oils it stops working. But the best deodorant comes from within - like parsley!

Great video. I just did my first ever water fast. I was able to do it for around 36 hours. Then when I woke up I was barely able to get up to pee and after that I was very nauseated and almost fainted. I guess I am quite week now because I am not a fat person and prior to this fast I haven't eaten much. I broke the fast with some melon ,than melon juice and later some grapes. I will only eat fruit and juices for a while and I hope that I benefited at least a little bit from such a short water fast
Chiicken is also full of chemicals now... There is no healthymeat anymore. Actually plain tofu from non gmo soy with zero added has to be easier to digest than meat
11:00 I too believe in the not liquidarian but gel-level diet (can I call it gelarian?) - because that's what our bodies have handled since childbirth. Why we graduate onto solid food beats me - as solid food is hard to break down and thus damages the body! This goes for larger molecules - unless they're massive like very long saturated fat or fiber - but even then it's going to hurt the body in some way the harder it is to break down. It's just there's exceptions for the others because they help more than hurt sometimes.

I eat MM/raw food/juice and have done so for the last 2 months. I now have daily stomach discomfort/a lot of bloating, gas 🌬 🙈 and often have a hard stomach. Have hemorrhoids 🙈 I’m also pretty tired. I’m not loosing weight. (Before my diet change, I was eating very unhealthy). I eat 1 raw garlic per day. Is that bad…causing the gas? Maybe eating too many peanuts/nuts? 🤔 Do you have any thoughts on this, and/or advice for me? 🙏
Are you exercising each day, though? I've heard if you eat a high fruit diet and don't exercise, the fruit can ferment inside you and cause gas. Makes sense, I think...
Watch all Jeff's content, he keeps it simple and explain things well. In another video, he urges you to avoid healthy fats like nuts & seeds.. and even avocados.. when you're traying to detox because these foods hinder the detox process because they are harder to digest than fruit..
You could try a month on just fruit and regular light exercise and see how you feel.. I had just a week on ONLY fruit and my joint pain subsided and skin irritation also went away..
garlic hurts my everything - in fact all the alliums do except chinese chives and possibly leeks (sometimes that hurts too). Peanuts - not good either - they can harbor aflatoxin - so I don't eat. There's something called fodmap - to be aware of! I would also try for teh more ancient foods - like tiger nuts. Newer ones like squashes, brassicas (most, not all), legumes (most, not all), and nightshades are likely I feel to hurt. Unfortunately no guarantees on ancient foods either - because anything at the grocery store is modified. So it's best to eat uncultivated crops like weeds in a yard, like dandelions, etc. Also grow your own - to avoid pesticides, etc. Use rainwater. If you grow your own it's best hydroponic indoors - to avoid air pollution outdoors. Carrots are nicer.
8:36 chickens are really bad too - it's best to do a veggie burger with veggies. I don't eat soy but I don't eat chicken either - guess who eats the soy? WIth tons of estrogens - but real, not phyto? THe chicken - it's one of the reproductive body parts of a female chicken loaded with it! It's the least manly thing to do is eat animal products like eggs, dairy, and poultry - I mean it's like turning oneself into a baby or being exposed to female hormones. And yet it's deemed masculine or something ridiculous by some - like those who go to the gym and eat whey.

He is the One who gave you life and gave you back your life through divine knowledge.. maybe consider just using the words God gave you too and be clean with them as you are with your mind and body.
