I use that exact amp and mine runs 1500 watt rms easy that's to much power to those 8s I'd keep the knob down or risk blowing more subs. I run 2 8 hundred watt rms 12s to be safe

At the end of video seems like the one on the left isn’t moving… check and see if the new sub is the same ohm load as the old one you blew

It is I think the other one is just broken in and the new one is brand new so there’s more flap to it but I could also be wrong 😅😂
