I haven't been paying attention lately, but even though Boyd has an extended solo in this song there are no closeups of him anywhere at all in the video. Interestingly, this concert was right around the time that the Frost-Winn harassment was said to have started.
They didn’t edit this video in 2015 despite it being dated 2015, they edited it recently.

👍 for THIS one! I’m 70ish now, and was never really into DMB’s music in my earlier years. It wasn’t until recently watching the video duet cover with Warren Haynes of Neil Young’s ‘Cortez the Killer’, which imo was 🌟, that I decided to give him another chance. Since then, I’ve been listening to a lot more of Dave’s music, and find his voice to be inconsistent in almost every song he sings. It’s when he tries (unsuccessfully) to hit the higher notes range (vs the lower ones) that I don’t like, and cringe hearing them. Apparently this is how he’s always sounded - and many people 💖 him, with me being the minority, but hope I DON’T get rude, nasty replies from anyone after reading this, as I have with other 👎 comments I made about Dave’s voice! * Dave and Haynes did 3 concerts which included ‘Cortez’, all during the same time period - that’s been an all time favorite song of mine since 1st hearing Young’s. IMO, it’s one of many ‘‘classics’ from the Baby Boomer generation yrs. that never gets old. We had 🤩 music in the 60’s - 80’s, and MUCH better than a lot of today’s current, popular, mainstream so-called ‘talented’ people/bands.
I'm confused. The European tour just wrapped up, and the North American tour starts May 22nd., So why are they sending out a video for the European Tour Warm Up, when the European Tour already finished. 🤔

DMB is a jam band, what do you expect them to do? Of course they're all going to improv a little (or a lot) in live performance. And Tim's riffing in this was great I thought
