This is an absolutely beautiful home. The first thing I noticed is how quiet it is there. That's definitely a strong selling point in my book! The home itself is open and welcoming, perfect for entertaining family & friends. I'd definitely be keeping the man cave! lol The landscaping around the home is beautiful and I like that it sits at the end of the street, next to a creek too! The club house offers all kinds of social opportunities. I don't know how to play golf but I'm sure there'd be one or two brave souls willing to teach me the finer points of the game via the putting green and the practice swing enclosure. I really like that it is an active park that offers many opportunities to get out, try different things, meet new people and make new friends. This place seems to have excellent potential for all of that. Thanks for the tour, Greg!
You didn't even mention the recessed ceilings in the living room and dining area. The guy that owns that place does things right, quality work.
But price is way high and $800 per month rent
@@ScottSmith-xb9sp I can't argue the price is high, but this is the highest quality build I have seen on Gregs channel. Usually, I see small flaws all over, not this time. - ex custom home builder and current contractor.

@@SLRMobileHomes When I said the price is high I meant in comparison to some other places. Not that it isn't worth it. Quality costs. If I were to built it new, I would charge a similar price.

I’d agree with you if it was just a trailer park. This is a retirement community. It has a ton of perks. It’s worth every dime.

wish you told us the selling price. saw another sellers video and they tell you the selling price.
I say it in the beginning of the video. $175,000 was list price and it sold for $165,000 I believe.

This house is nice, but what if you don’t want all that furniture and you have your own furniture will they remove that furniture?
I doubt it. After buying it, it'll be your responsibility to sell the furniture in that mobile home.
Great home, but I need a formal dining room, the dining area in this one would be my everyday table, I don't want to eat at a counter with stools.
