I think the VW up is one of the best cars Vw ever made :)
Leuk om te volgen! Grandioos. 😊 👍🏻 👍🏻
Nice work and truly inspirational! I'm trying to do the same conversion of my Subaru Impreza and take her to Nordkapp starting from Italy. And now, after your videos, I'm more motivated than ever!
Awesome! Looking forward to the finishing of the vehicle and the start of your journey adventure!
Thank you so much! It will be epic! 💯
absolutely love what you've done ! Great job ! :)
Wow! That guy is so good! I can’t weet to see more of his great arctic adventure! ,

I also have a VW Up, so I might take a few ideas! 😅It´s truly a great car! Subscribed! : )
Wooow😮😮😮 What a great video! I'll follow and see your journey after you completed your car!🤩

great conversion
Good job man! your videos are great! Keep doing it!
Thanks again for your feedback! Did you watch EP2 as well? I'm thinking that one was too fast paced. What are your thoughts?
Leuk filmpje Zoef!
You are going to have a great adventure
I'll definitely follow you
Thanks for the encouragement! Stay tuned, there's much more to come! 😊🚀
Best of Luck
Tuurlijk! Houdt het meteen een beetje spannend 😬
`Fcking leuk maat, Up was mijn 1e leaseauto :D Groeten uit Tilburg
Brilliant with the Papers...Great. I done the built with the electric citigo. I am 1.9 m tall.
Great editing and a very charming little soon-to-be micro camper setup - good stuff! Will definitely follow along for the rest of the journey and probably take some inspiration for my own carcamping endeavours too. 😁
Thank you! Tell me about your own carcamping endeavours?! Do ypu have an Up as well?
@@ZoefontheMove Not quite! Got an Opel Astra (an older model), so just a tad bigger than your VW. I've only been using it for 2 - 3-day-long hiking trips so far but I do plan on going for longer starting in fall. Still got to improve my very rudimentary setup until then though, haha.
How often have you done this sorta thing before going on this big trip to Norway btw? Your build looks, for the most part, very well thought-out and put-together, except for some stuff you've already reflected on in your last video.
Hoe toevallig :P
Succes! Deel je ergens content?
What i really miss why changing from one tiny shoebox to another same size? was the old one (C1) broken to get new one (UP).
Yes probably enough space in that tiny shoeboxes, but i would haven gone for a Van or at least a mini VAN. especially for a tour in cold season.
Because it would be so boring with a 4x4 or a van, as there is loads of content about that.
Also, the C1 did not have cruise control, no airconditioning and I would not fit between the boot and dashboard.
@@ZoefontheMove o.K. Fair points.
Really looking forward to following your journey. I have a SEAT Mii and love to take it on long tours - currently in Italian alps from London. But not considered a camper!!
Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and support! Do you sleep in your car as well? It's fine if you're alone, but not with two ;)
Just posted the trailer from the trip: czcams.com/video/8H99U5dySuw/video.html

Love the ending... 🙂
wow
I can't imagine the difficulties you would have encountered if you had chosen to make your road-trip with the C1, which is even less well insulated and (I imagine) older and less comfortable than this Up... ;)
Exactly! 😂
Perfect work!! But I have one question, why not to choose Passat Variant instead this car ?😊
Fuel cost & taxes in the Netherlands. Why drive expensive when you can do it on the cheap? And I do not need such a big car on my own here 😅
Exact!
5:20 In Brazil we are prohibited from changing light bulbs for better ones (google tradutor)
That is so unfortunate! However, these are the only LED's officially certified for road use in NL. Rules are tight here as well.

got them blind every other driver on the road headlights. eurgh.
No it's not. They cost about €150 and are officially certified for public road use, with a certificate to prove this. They emit more light, but are at exactly the same height as the original ones. This is not Aliexpress stuff.
Those workbenches are pretty much crap.
Never leave it out if it's going to rain; the 'wood' will soak up moisture , sponge out and become useless.
Also, if you happen to have some heavy weights, tie them down on top of the crossmembers halfway down. An extra 5 or 10 Kg does wonders for the stability.
Yeah, used and ruined quite a few of them over the years. The latest one (a lightly more expensive model with metal top) has a 2mm thick steel plate bolted on top to work as a welding table.
Nope, don't know how to weld... yet...
Perfection...
Never let Perfection stand in the way of Good Enough.
This one was €25 and has already gone to the trash. But it did what it was supposed to do! 💪🏼
In een up. Fucking strijder.
Nice project, but please never use these lights in a non-projector head light unit.
They are officially allowed and certified for road use on the VW Up.
Why vw up??
Taxes and fuel cost. Already done 20.000km in 6 months.
I envi your wealth
You're cutting wood in a domestic environment?
Your hardwood floors...ouch.
There's a reason why industrial shops have concrete floors.
The floor is cheap and old, and was already in my house before I got it.
