This list is mostly okay with me because oda can go so many ways with it but I only have 2 big issues with it: Garp and Big mom.
1. How is Garp so far from Roger? They were considered equal. Yes you can make a case for Roger being only slightly stronger but that's it.
2. In what world is big mom stronger than Kaido?😭💀 edit: I don't think he'll be weaker but aight

Question, why is Koby not considered to be a Garp 2.0? Seems like he was set up to train under him and possibly related to koby growth in strength, that was at an accelerated rate. Shouldn’t Koby be higher than Garp? Since 2.0 or 3.0 on this list are higher than their counter part?

In the latest anime episode (1039), he said, "And this is "Iron Body," right?" referring to his own armament but talking to Who's Who, who had just used two other six powers techniques. Too many who's in that sentence
Dont think so. From what i remember Iron body Is just a defensive technique where they harden the body by flexxing their muscles. No Haki involved
