  • Lets discuss key resources that medical students should be using to study for USMLE Step 1. There are more resources out there than any one person can handle. In this video we distill down the core resources that lead to better learning and betters scores on USMLE Step 1. Also, I explain in-detail how I developed my USMLE study plan and how anyone can create a winning study plan with some basic tips.

    Your videos have been really helpful !!! 👍
    There are some changes in step 1 exam pattern from 4th May, 2020. Apart from increasing questions to test communication skills, they have removed patient care part from 'competency' section. It is really confusing.
    It will be really helpful if you make a video regarding changes and advantages/disadvantages due to changes.
    Thanking you in anticipation! 🙏

    • @ninjababoon1
      @ninjababoon1 Před 7 lety +5

      you are never ready. its endless. but at some point during your prep things will click and it will start to make sense and you will peak ( your scores will be high and you will know that you got a question right because you knew the answer #NBMEs) thats when you leave it up to GOD and take the test. don't try to know EVERYTHING, that is impossible. Good luck!

    • @DrMursiMD
      @DrMursiMD Před 7 lety +2

      Muna Abbas take NBME practice exams and see your score on their. If you are happy with it, then you know you are ready. If you aren't then you need to keep studying!! I hope that helps!

      +Tomislav Medved I'm into Lecturio, much more detailed than Pathoma. If you want a quick overview Pathoma is good. But if you want to really learn and in my opinion score well, go with Lecturio. In medicine you got to learn the details.
