Thanks Bill. Yes I have been losing weight but also got a personal trainer to help with me with strength. I’m having fun and going to keep pursuing this while travel is still slow.
I’m thinking where to go in December.

When i fought when i was younger i found it hard to listen to others while fighting i kinda went into a zone an everything kinda went silent . you seem very comfortable an smooth did you ever have that issue ?

I had that same exact issue for all my previous matches even training at the gym. This was the first time I could actually hear anyone. I used to call it tunnel hearing. I was basically deaf. Even didn’t have my own thoughts. Just kinda robotic. Act and react.
