- This week I have some great French Country inspired thrift flips, and a summer refresh for the living room, all on a budget.
I have been so busy and haven't yet started the master bedroom makeover, however next week I hope to have that finished , and I will reveal the lovely thrifted items from this video. Hope you enjoy. - Zábava

Lynsey, what a delicious video! I always learn so much from your ideas, developing an eye to imagine the perfect thrift finds is a true art. My motto has always been, “only buy thrifted finds if you love them”, then it is easy to create. Often I move them around my home, then I find the perfect spot.

Loved what you did with the mirror and the napkins! I was wondering though if your pick and peel fireplace stick ons would peel off if you use the fireplace in the cool weather. I hope not. The fireplace looked lovely. Thank you for sharing.

Lovely living room update; the colors are so cool and calming. Great idea on the mirror, and love the blue chair makeover. I scored an almost entire roll of Waverly blue and cream toile fabric at a moving sale for $5.00. I did the happy dance on the way back to the car. So far, I've sewn several table runners, pillows and valances. Your ideas and energy are an inspiration. TFS.

Oh my goodness this is coming along so nice. That fireplace wow!! What a transformation! I also love that chair. I see those mirrors quite often but never thought about replacing the back, love how it turned out. My dogs do the same thing, give me the couch lol.Love it all❤️

Well Jackie, I do find some great bargains, but some days I do wonder who is pricing the items, yesterday I found a $store fan (with its original price $1.25) for $4.50……I had a little giggle, I guess that’s inflation
@@lynseysrecycledbliss1111 well we all can thank our dumbass president for inflation and the world can thank him too because as America goes so does all the other countries. Democrats in the United States and even some of our Democratic congressman are out in the streets asking for riots because you can't get an abortion in the United States federally it goes back to the States and they're all upset because they can't kill babies. It's a great day for the soon to be unborn now they can't be killed in some states and Republican states they don't allow it but in Democratic states they do.

The pheasants turned out beautifully. I found a small brass pair at a garage sale for $4. that I would like to try to guild them as you did yours. I'm also so impressed with the decoupage lamps. I'm so glad to have found your channel because I really love your style!
Thanks so much Lydia, our style is hard to name, I used to say It was eclectic, then Granny Chic or grand millennial, Now I think I’m a cross between French and English cottage core. 😃 ♥️ 🏡
@@lynseysrecycledbliss1111 Yes it is hard to name the style. I love the Old World, European style and English style seems to pleasantly ease its way in doesn't it? I have trouble defining the look of the style in my home as I love all vintage items! So I end up with more of a "kitchy" look and have to reevaluate some of my purchases. Also a small apartment can make it a bit challenging to achieve a look when your limited on space. And there are so many wonderful items out there! Lol.
Second plant in the green pot (to be painted white) is seriously pot-bound. Needs a bigger pot and fresh earth.
