- This story was shot on July 26. Recently, a very disturbing, gory, gut wrenching video of a girl being slaughtered by masked militants surfaced in Manipur. NTT cannot independently confirm the authenticity of the video and so hasn't the police yet. NTT visited the family of a girl in Imphal West, who bares uncanny resemblance to the girl in the video. Two minors, best of friends had left homes on July 6 for a bike ride and they never returned home thereafter. 20 days since their disappearence, appeared this viral video that has put hopes of two families to test. The families are reeling from the sight of horror having watched the videos. CCTV footage and their last location reveal that they were separated at the border area of Bishnupur and Churachandpur districts. Families fear they were abducted by miscreants. Mobile location of the boy indicate he was somewhere close to the foot hills, the area where lies the demarcation of current divide in Manipur. Nothing on the whereabouts of the boy as yet.
