just received a $450 med kit I ordered today, looking over it now, my MedSource International stethoscope has the bell you were talking about featured on the 180 degree swivel dual head aluminum chest piece, also 22” “Y” tubing and chrome-plated brass binaurals, and the diaphragm is replaceable. pretty happy with it, planning a career in the medical sciences. good video, thanks =)

The Cardiology III comes with a different piece that makes it possible to turn the peds side into a traditional bell.
