As long as ball leaves the player's hand before pivot foot is off the flood, it is not a travel. None of these will be called in a real game before the movement is fast and fluid.

Inside pivot with reverse spin looks like a travel. Moves both feet.

That quick spin is a travel, but referees would never call it. Poor officiating has led to bad footwork that has ruined basketball.
