- If you want a table that will last 20 years, you may have to build it yourself. These tables are very common in Scandinavia and incredibly easy and cheap to build. If you need an outdoor table, don't buy it, build it.

I have created detailed SketchUp CAD drawings and parts list of the house and furniture's available for a small fee. It took me a long time to make the drawings and if you buy them you support me and my house. read more here: mindsparx.org/shop/ , Thank you!
Updates. I update the CAD file every now and then and you who have already bought drawings can contact me with the same email you used when you bought the drawings and I will send them updated.

People donate to me to show their appreciation which is incredible. I have no expectations at all for any contributions but they are appreciated as it is expensive to build a house.

Easy to build, easy to repair, tons of uses. Looking forward to the outdoor kitchen build. Working on mine now. Going to try my hand at an outdoor bread oven to go with it.
Nice, will the oven be made from bricks?
@@mindsparx1 Stone on the outside, lined with fire brick. Going to try and use a sand mold in the old bee hive fashion.
Great, simple design. Another great video which I will use to build a table for myself. I think I’ll build similar benches to match. Nice work again!
Dina video är riktigt bra och informativa!
Tack :)
fan va nice jag kommer bli fattig i sommar efter kollar på dina videos :D
Snyggt och enkelt ❤
Would make a great cheap dining table for indoors too
Great build 👍👍
Thank you
Well done 👌🏻
Great work. Love the fact you build everything yourself, even a simple picnic table. Do you have designs for this?
No just the video :)
Najs!
👍😊👍
I can see gaps between the planks, yet you used the strap to clamp them together. Did you put spacers in first?
No, there will be gaps up to 5mm when the wood is dried, there is not much i can do about that :)
Im curious why you put the boards together tightly without a gap, doesn't that come with problems?
The wood will dry and shrink, so there will be gaps later.
What are the dimensions of the lumber you use for the legs?
Same as the top boards, 170x45 or 2"x7"
Enjoy midsommar.
Did you use wood glue to join legs? Do you think joist connection is enough to keep them together?
I don't need glue since i fasten the last joist between the legs, that keeps everything together.
Why do you say the measurements in inches when mm, cm and m are standard in europe?
The generation im from measure wood and nails in inches, even here in Sweden.
And lots of Americans watch him!
@@mindsparx1 Damn i didnt know that great work, love the videos
@@mindsparx1 The best way I've found to drive my brother, a professional carpenter, up a wall is to constantly mix inches and millimeters. Referring to a "2 tum 2" as a "45, 45" and the next time back to a "2 tum 2" for example. He knows exactly which is which, no matter the type of measurements, he just dislikes when I won't stick to one system. :)
@@martinedelius yes it's really difficult to use mm but when i work with younger people i try to adapt
