    I just got engaged Saturday, my diamond is 0 colorless and came from Bali. It's super pretty and just very very faintly turns blue in the sun, you almost can't see the blue. Hoping that's a good thing!

    Great videos and very informative! The color grade starting with D actually came from the fact that GIA wanted to differentiate from other (less clear, less universal) grading systems using some of the first letters of the alphabet, especially A, to avoid confusion.

    I have a question that am sure most will want to know. What colour for a moissanite is compared closest to a "d" colour for diamond?

      Certified natural diamonds and certified moissanite follow the same color grading scale with "DEF" as being "colorless." A "D" color moissanite and "D" color diamond are both "D" in color. The difference is that one is a natural diamond and the other is a moissanite. We hope that helps and thanks for following!
