Round Wins:

And please, I expect nobody to read this. These notes are for myself when I watch the video to compile my thoughts. I study argumentative logic and simply enjoy the intricacies of debate. If you're curious about my thoughts, though, they're all here!
Overall Note:
Ant was on his game today. He went bonkers. Lu seemed a little out of it as well, maybe, but Ant literally smoked Lu in every round except for round 4, where he still edged out the win from my standpoint. I'd like to say, also, that if you go back to other free smoke videos you'll see my votes being a lot more Lu-heavy, but I truly do think that some sort of switch flipped in Ant's argumentative style where he grew from mindlessly arguing every point and throwing out "nuh-uh!"s or their equivalents left and right to being accepting of the quality of all works of art and really being reasonable and thoughtful. Ant's argumentation matured, is what I'm saying. If you want the per-round notes, they're below.
Per-Round Notes:
In round 1, Ant owned Lu at first there with the talk about writing. Lu backed himself into a corner by saying that they were "different purposes" of writing and that they "weren't comparable" but then Ant pointed out basically that you have to and that "pound for pound" Mr. Morale is better writing-wise. Going into the debate about production, Lu made a good point about the production being better on Scaring the Hoes, but totally screwed up by saying that Mr. Morale's production did not compete. Ant realized this and made his point. Also the "selective hearing" line was hilarious. Ant was on a ROLL in the production debate. They start shouting a bit, whatever, then Lu makes the ridiculous remark that "I've gotten amazing performances from kendrick before why does that matter" which makes absolutely no sense? Mr. Morale has some of Kendrick's most amazing performances, and Ant points this out. That was a DOMINANT round for Ant.
Ant starts off with some random debate about changing opinions in round 2, it's whatever but it knocks off a minute from the timer. Lu has his time to talk, makes solid points about the sequencing being better. However, Ant shows that it's a step down from NAHWC and that nullifies that point a little bit. Ant's point about reintroducing competition into the rap game was very strong and Lu's rebuttal was surface-level considering all the other shots that were thrown on We Don't Trust You. And then, Lu was defeated as soon as Ant said "what does creepin have to do with superheroes" I mean my god look at his face. Key point in an argument is that if you can make your audience laugh you've basically won.
In round 3, Ant starts off strong by really minimizing the effectiveness of the consistency argument by simply not allowing Lu to bring it up. I like how collected Ant is with his argument at the start. He presents himself has someone who really takes in all of the potential arguments and this is a very intelligent play when regarding the fact that most people have The Forever Story above MMESYF (at least that I've talked to) and honestly he just seems very likeable and logical. Lu brings up the production, which is arguably superior to that of MMESYF but he doesn't give the point enough time to set before he moves on to his point about JID's versatility. Ant again says that he agrees with the points being made- JID is a very talented artist. It's interesting how Ant sort of turned the narrative of the argument into Lu making points trying to minimize Zel's accomplishments whilst Ant was uplifting both JID AND Zel. Lu again makes a rather questionable claim- in this case that Denzel isn't stepping outside his comfort zone- which Ant immediately refutes and makes his own claims about Denzel's growth as an artist. These claims are especially strong because of how irrefutable they are since Ant is ending the argument. I think Ant won this debate too, and I don't think it was very close, either. Even given his slip-ups with how Lu had ranked songs of the year, his likeable persona that he spent the argument building protected him from the negative effects of the mistakes.
Lu starts off strong with an irrefutable point- but then he chooses to stray off to song rankings again. He makes the point about XO Tour Llif3 and it truly is a fantastic song, maybe the best of its kind, but Ant just agrees and forwards the argument. Lu makes a point about the highs being higher- which is, again, an irrefutable point considering they JUST said that XO Tour Llif3 was unbeatable. Then Ant hits him with the "because of one song?" which I think was actually a great play considering that at this point the only song that might be able to stack up as a "high" of Luv is Rage 2 is 20 Min, which Die Lit does have competition for. Ant comes out with a longer list of quality songs than Lu was able to. (also side note Lu's point about "Shoota is only good because of Uzi" is bonkers not because its not true but because he's literally saying that the song is good and competes with the likes of Luv Is Rage 2- he even confirms it when he says "youre getting luv is rage 2 uzi on there"). Lu makes the point about Uzi doing everything that Carti does, but better. He even brings up adlibs, which is an absurd argument considering Carti's sound is basically all adlibs. Ant brings up the argument that Uzi's sound has always been a little same-y between projects, which is irrefutable. Ant even steals the last say with the point about Luv is Rage 2 needing more features, which is fair enough. This was a closer argument and to be honest my personal opinion is that Luv is Rage 2 is incomparably superior to Die Lit, but looking just at the quality of arguments made, the round goes to Ant.
Ant continues the reasonable and thoughtful front for round 5, and out the gate calls both albums 10/10. This signifies to the listener that this round comes down to pure argumentative ability. Lu sort of comes in randomly to interrupt Ant and say "classic albums!" which idk sort of came off a little wrong, maybe. He was trying to play the likeable and reasonable card, too. He attempts again, realizing his mistake, with his "i'll let you complete your though" which what sort of like a "thanks man, interrupt me twice just to say I can talk." Not a strong start, but it can be reverted. Ant then comes in with an irrefutable point that the Slim Shady LP was completely one of a kind. He also argues that the storytelling is superior and that Reasonable Doubt can be found in other NY albums like Illmatic. Lu then argues that Reasonable Doubt is completely authentic- a rather absurd argument considering that Ant had literally JUST cited albums that serve a similar purpose to Reasonable Doubt. He also names a plethora of fantastic songs from Reasonable Doubt, to which Ant comes right back and names all-time classics as well. Ant furthers the argument by deconstructing Lu's argument and saying that it comes from a point of pure subjectivity. This allows Ant to paint himself as the more objective opinion, especially when Lu gives him free reign to the conversation by challenging Ant's point. Ant steals the show then and rattles off literally every great thing about The Slim Shady LP. Lu screwed up. Ant even references a movie to show how Lu's argument is flawed. Ant even goes on at the very end of the argument to completely annihilate Lu's point that "Reasonable Doubt is more relatable to more people." And he even finishes it off with the classic "what the fuck does that even mean" which kind of completely sells it.

SSLP and RD are two albums from the 90s I've always felt were on par with each other. And i love both artists, but I think i'll give SSLP the edge here because of how goofy and cartoonish and comedic it is while syill being serious. A very unique album. Plus that rhyme scheme on Bad Meets Evil is the craziest ive ever heard on a rap song. Politics as Usual is the best song on both albums tho. Not just on bith albums, but I think its one of the best rap songs of all time. Amazing neo-soul / pop-rap song. Amazing video guys!

Its crazy cause The forever story is number 2 on my best rap album list for 22 and MMESYF was third for 2022. Love the topic arrangements, experimentation both JID and Denzel takes. Slightly more risks and elevation of J.I.D on forever story we got to know his life. Crack sandwich, Bruddah nem, sistanem discuss his sister Dance Now bouncy wavy banger, surround sound, Cant punk me aggressive energetic hype track.

Scaring the hoes and Mr morale are pretty incomparable imo, completely different bodies of work. If I had to pick one tho I'd probably lean Mr Morale, although Kingdom Hearts Key is the best song out of the 2 albums.

yall overlooked If I Had and Rock Bottom on SSLP where Eminem’s talking about living in poverty, maybe outliers in the overall context of the album but they are certainly songs that would be relatable for many people
But over-all that album doesn't hold a candle to reasonable doubt
