Systems are: English grammar and English vocabulary
Skills are: Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening
To fully learn English language from 0 to 100, you have to focus on all these 6 aspects, and of course, the systems are the base for the rest! learning English grammar is very crucial if you want to speak fluently and improve your English listening, reading and writing skills.

BTW, there is one more mistake in the sentence that we missed.
"Clear vividly" should be "clear, vivid" the adjectives "clear " and "vivid " should be separated by a comma to indicate that they are both describing the Elucidation.
