Making a new holder for my pliers

Hey guys, I picked up some new pliers in a set from ALDI, bargain at only £6 and with what they are they’ll do exactly what their meant to but they didn’t fit on my old rack.
I’ve had that rack for like 6 years, it was amongst some of the very first things I made, but since all the new ones don’t fit I thought I’d make a new one.
I was just gonna make it but thought I’d bring yous along on this one, a lot of the times am doing something in the workshop it doesnt make it for content but some things do if I think others will find it useful.
If your gonna replicate it you don’t or maybe can’t do the finger joint, simply butt joint it with glue, that will be strong enough.

Brilliant idea, Daren. I've got a rack with screwdrivers, chisels,
and all sorts, nightmare at times. At least this lets you keep all the pliers in one place. Great project from scrap pieces 👏 👍🏻
