EAS BLUE Alert Phoenix, Arizona Statewide Alert (Emergency Alert System)

This is an activation of the Blue Alert System. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. A Phoenix Police Officer was seriously injured, in the area of Cave Creek Road and Beardsley Road. The Phoenix Police Department is looking for a person of interest, Nicholas Cowan; white male, 35 years old, 6 foot 0 inches, 215 lbs, long dark hair with beard, hazel eyes. Last seen wearing a black hat, white t-shirt with black shorts. If you have any information about the Blue Alert please call 9 1 1.
