This resonates. I’ve been growing and outgrowing. They’re still in the same mindset, holding on to the past. So I decided to detach and not disconnect. So far so good.

Yes the end of 28 year marriage that was always financially controlling but became toxic. It’s taken almost 2 years to recover my health due to adrenal fatigue and courage (not anxious) to leave with my special needs children. Unfortunately not having the money to move or support us was the biggest obstacle to leaving and my children needed stability, not couch surfing (not an option anyway). I have creative ideas and am just waiting for a friend to reappear to put them into action. Taurus is all about the practical. When you have dependents you have to be practical, staying in the school district etc. I just need to discuss property settlement and get mediation but that’s what I’m afraid to ask about.
You are so blessed to have your special lives kiddos. Asking for help is the best thing to do for yourself and will bless your kiddos too! Contact county health to get help, with HIPPA laws your health is privately discussed; speak up in all area of your life! Their is Respite Care (Mom and Dad can take a break from parenting (to breathe))! Please use these blessed services: remember a tired and frustrated Mom fought hard to get these services in place for us parents with special kiddos! I’m a special mom too!
