EP1 | We cheated - Fitting the van windows | Removing the bulkhead | Vanlife | Build Series | VanFam

Our first real episode on building Tippy - our winter wondervan!
We start by planning out the layout of the van, we must have made 20 different plans using the entire interweb to get to the final design. So much to squeeze in to the space we have to work with, bearing in mind there will be 4 of us staying in the van for weeks on end.
The first tasks to perform on this van conversion is to install the van windows. Cutting holes in a new van was not something we ever wanted to do! We cheated a little bit, please don't think of us as cheaters!
The second task was to remove the metal bulkhead that separates the front "cab" of the van from the rear "house" part. The factory bulkhead has so much of an odd shape that it loses lots of valuable space, so we are remaking it!
