The Second Home is My Favorite, God Only know the PRICE of that one. If it's $400,000-$500,000 Way to Expensive for Me. My Pet Peeved is living behind a Pond or LAKE!
Those start around $529k. Can you tell me what you’re looking for?
4 bedrooms and only 2 1/2 baths? I just do not get that floor plan.

1st home is pretty
I'm not against pools but pools take away your yard, can be hard to maintain, and raise your cost at least $40K. Gotta be an optional thing for buyers in my opinion.
These are optional…builders are not putting in pools right now. I was shocked to see this one, but since it’s a model home, it may be a while before it’s listed for sale.

how much is the first home
All of those are model homes and don’t have pricing, but the base price for the first one is about $720k and does not include a pool. I don’t know of any builders in the Tampa Bay Area offering a pool as an option at the moment.

Don't new builds in Florida need to have smoke detectors hard wired?
According to Kidde.com….Smoke alarms are required in all residential dwellings (single family homes, multifamily homes, hotels, rental properties, dormitories, etc.). Smoke alarms in newly constructed or renovated dwellings are required to be hardwired with a battery back-up, interconnected, and UL-listed. Smoke alarms must be installed before the sale or transfer of the home.

Who is the builder?
I sent you an email about this one. Currently, they don't have anything that meets what you're looking for.
I am searching home not less than 4200sqr feet size built up area East , North facing corner , 4-6 rooms, 4-5 bath , preferably ready to move or near about completion, cost about 650 k dollar ,within 15 miles of Tama Airport , Indian family
I just did a search and there is nothing within 15 miles of TPA with at least 4200sqft for around $650k. For a house that size, prices currently start at $819,900 and go up from there.

Not less than 4000sqr Mtr

In Lutz ,Lando lake area we saw many but are not ready to move or not upto expectations

That is because these are model homes and not currently for sale. As of 2/22/23, townhomes start at $369,233 and single family homes start at $510,990. Send me an email if you would like more information.
I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.❤️🫡
